Dar, poate fi anulat ITP-ul, dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina scoate prea mult fum?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vehiculele care circul\u0103 pe drumurile publice din Rom\u00e2nia trebuie supuse cu regularitate unei inspec\u021bii tehnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2023-ai-facut-itp-dar-nu-apari-in-baza-de-date-a-rar-ce-trebuie-sa-faci-ca-sa-nu-primesti-amenda-19224526\">ITP<\/a>&nbsp;este obligatoriu \u0219i are o valabilitate limitat\u0103, care variaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de anul de fabrica\u021bie al ma\u0219inii. Cu c\u00e2t ma\u0219ina e mai veche, cu at\u00e2t valabilitatea ITP este mai mic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"truvid_ima_container32041\">Ce valabilitate are Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul ma\u0219inilor noi, ITP-ul este valabil pentru o perioad\u0103 de 3 ani, din momentul achizi\u021biei ma\u0219inii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 autoturismul are \u00eentre 3 \u0219i 12 ani vechime, atunci ITP-ul se face la fiecare doi ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar \u00een cazul ma\u0219inilor care au fost puse \u00een circula\u021bie de mai mult de 12 ani, Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 trebuie ref\u0103cut\u0103 \u00een fiecare an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Costul ITP variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 100 \u0219i 250 de lei, \u00een func\u021bie de c\u00e2t percepe fiecare service. Suma poate varia \u0219i \u00een func\u021bie de tipul de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/piata-auto-din-romania-continua-sa-creasca-peste-18-000-de-autovehicule-inmatriculate-in-iunie-19192173\">autovehicul<\/a>&nbsp;pentru care se face Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce verific\u0103ri se fac la ITP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cadrul Inspec\u021biei Tehnice Periodice, printre altele, se verific\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/itp-2023-cand-esti-obligat-sa-duci-autoturismul-la-rar-pentru-itp-actele-de-care-ai-nevoie-19233098\">Documentele<\/a>\u00a0ma\u0219inii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discurile \u0219i pl\u0103cu\u021bele de fr\u00e2n\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sa aib\u0103 suficient material de fric\u021biune \u0219i s\u0103 nu fie cr\u0103pate;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conductele de fr\u00e2n\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 segmente ruginite sau deteriorate;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direc\u021bia:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 fie reglat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 defec\u021biuni sau joc la pivot, cap de bar\u0103, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anvelopele:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 corespund\u0103 dimensiunilor specificate \u00een cartea de identitate a ma\u0219inii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 nu fie uzate peste limita maxim\u0103 admis\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caroseria \u0219i zonele de sub ma\u0219in\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 nu fie ruginite;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 nu prezinte deform\u0103ri sau alte probleme care pot pune \u00een pericol structura vehiculului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistemul de iluminare:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00een totalitate (faz\u0103 lung\u0103 \u0219i scurt\u0103, pozi\u021bie, semnalizare, lumini num\u0103r, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intensitatea luminii s\u0103 fie corect\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unghiul de luminare al carurilor s\u0103 fie reglat;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jantele \u0219i pneurile:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jantele \u0219i pneurile nu trebuie s\u0103 fie deteriorate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ad\u00e2ncimea benzii de rulare a pneurilor s\u0103 fie de cel pu\u021bin 2 milimetri;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parbrizul:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 nu existe cr\u0103p\u0103turi pe suprafa\u021ba parbrizului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>este indicat ca, \u00eenainte de ITP, s\u0103 faci schimbul de filtre \u0219i de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/valabilitatea-itp-scade-la-6-luni-ce-categorii-de-autoturisme-sunt-afectate-de-noua-lege-19244429\">ulei<\/a>, pentru ca emisiile de noxe s\u0103 fie minime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emisiile:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 se \u00eencadreze \u00een limitele impuse prin lege;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 respecte specifica\u021biile produc\u0103torului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Claxonul s\u0103 fie func\u021bional, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defec\u021biuni din cauza c\u0103rora nu treci ITP-ul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, defectele constatate la verificarea ITP se \u00eempart \u00een:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>minore (zg\u00e2rieturi, cr\u0103p\u0103turi fine, mici \u00eendoituri, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>majore (sistemul de iluminare, fr\u00e2nare ineficient\u0103, semne ale unui accident, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>periculoase (sistem de direc\u021bie cu probleme, sistem de fr\u00e2nare cu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cat-poti-merge-cu-masina-dupa-ce-s-a-aprins-check-engine-ce-probleme-semnaleaza-acest-martor-19216050\">probleme<\/a>, sistem de iluminare nefunc\u021bional, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 la o ma\u0219in\u0103 se constat\u0103 defecte majore sau&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cele-mai-periculoase-masini-modelele-in-care-s-au-inregistrat-cele-mai-multe-decese-video-19218644\">periculoase<\/a>, nu va primi dreptul de circula\u021bie \u0219i va fi declarat \u201eRESPINS\u201d la ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta va fi reprogramat pentru o nou\u0103 inspec\u021bie dup\u0103 30 de zile, timp \u00een care proprietarul are obliga\u021bia de a remedia problemele, altfel va fi din nou respins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poate fi anulat ITP-ul dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina scoate prea mult fum?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conduc\u0103torii auto trebuie s\u0103 fie permanent aten\u021bi la emisiile de gaze provenite de la motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 dac\u0103 o ma\u0219in\u0103 este descoperit\u0103 \u00een trafic c\u0103 scoate prea mult fum, certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare va fi suspendat, chiar dac\u0103 ITP-ul este \u00eenc\u0103 valabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emisia de noxe peste limita legal\u0103 e considerat\u0103 o defec\u021biune major\u0103, iar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-itp-la-autovehicule-mai-vechi-de-10-ani-ce-valabilitate-are-inspectia-tehnica-periodica-si-cum-se-face-19256049\">vehiculul<\/a>&nbsp;nu va mai primi drept de circula\u021bie p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu remediaz\u0103 problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 constatare se face de c\u0103tre reprezentan\u021bii Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n cu ajutorul unor echipamente de specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum recuperezi talonul re\u021binut pentru defec\u021biuni majore<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a recupera talonul re\u021binut din cauza unei defec\u021biuni majore, \u0219oferul trebuie \u00een primul r\u00e2nd s\u0103 remedieze problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoi, e obligat s\u0103 se prezinte la o sta\u021bia ITP a Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n pentru a se verifica dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina respect\u0103 toate normele legale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 o ma\u0219in\u0103 a fost descoperit\u0103 \u00een trafic cu ITP expirat, nu va mai putea \u00eennoi ITP la o sta\u021bie independent\u0103. Astfel, \u0219oferul va fi obligat s\u0103 duc\u0103 autoturismul la o sta\u021bie RAR pentru efectuarea ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru ob\u021binerea ITP la RAR trebuie s\u0103 te prezin\u021bi cu ma\u0219ina \u0219i cu urm\u0103toarele documente \u00een original:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cartea de identitate (CIV);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>asigurarea RCA valabil\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul \u00een care expir\u0103 ITP, se suspend\u0103 automat \u0219i \u00eenmatricularea unei ma\u0219ini. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103, din acel moment, \u0219oferul conducere o ma\u0219in\u0103 ne\u00eenmatriculat\u0103.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ads.stickyadstv.com\/auto-user-sync?_fw_gdpr=0&amp;_fw_gdpr_consent=\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ads.stickyadstv.com\/user-matching?id=2545&amp;_fw_gdpr=0&amp;_fw_gdpr_consent=\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amenda pentru conducerea unui autoturism f\u0103r\u0103 inspec\u021bie valabil\u0103 este \u00eentre 1.485 lei \u0219i 3.300 lei.
