De exemplu, ai voie s\u0103 calci linia continu\u0103 aflat\u0103 spre exteriorul \u0219oselei?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcajele rutiere au rolul de organizare a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/se-poate-conduce-un-triciclu-cu-permis-categoria-b-regulile-stabilite-de-legea-circulatiei-19307622\">circula\u021biei<\/a>, de avertizare sau de ghidare a participan\u021bilor la trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acestea pot fi \u00eenso\u021bite, uneori, \u0219i de alte mijloace de semnalizare rutier\u0103 care le completeaz\u0103 sau le precizeaz\u0103 semnifica\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipuri de marcaje rutiere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcajele se aplic\u0103 pe suprafa\u021ba p\u0103r\u021bii carosabile a drumurilor, pe borduri, pe lucr\u0103ri de art\u0103, pe accesorii ale drumurilor, precum \u0219i pe alte elemente \u0219i construc\u021bii din zona drumurilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest marcaj trebuie s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 o vopsea special\u0103, reflectorizant\u0103 sau s\u0103 fie \u00eenso\u021bite de dispozitive reflectorizante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcajele aplicate pe drumurile publice sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>longitudinale, care pot fi:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de separare a sensurilor de circula\u021bie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de separare a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/masini-noi\/accidente\/de-ce-e-periculos-crosetatul-benzilor-de-circulatie-video-13438083\">benzilor<\/a>\u00a0pe acela\u0219i sens;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de delimitare a p\u0103r\u021bii carosabile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transversale, care pot fi:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de oprire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de cedare a trecerii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de traversare pentru pietoni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de traversare pentru bicicli\u0219ti;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diverse, care pot fi:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de ghidare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pentru spa\u021bii interzise;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pentru interzicerea sta\u021bion\u0103rii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pentru sta\u021bii de autobuze, troleibuze, taximetre;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pentru locuri de parcare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103ge\u021bi sau inscrip\u021bii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>laterale aplicate pe:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de art\u0103 (poduri, pasaje denivelate, ziduri de sprijin);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parapete;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00e2lpi \u0219i copaci situa\u021bi pe platforma\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/este-legal-sa-dormi-in-masina-pe-marginea-drumului-in-ce-situatii-sunt-amendati-soferii-19273824\">drumului<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>borduri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai voie s\u0103 calci linia continu\u0103 aflat\u0103 spre exteriorul \u0219oselei?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, este interzis s\u0103 efectuezi o dep\u0103\u0219ire dac\u0103 prin aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 se \u00eencalc\u0103 linia continu\u0103. Se poate efectua aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 doar dac\u0103 marcajul este discontinuu sau dac\u0103 linia continu\u0103 este \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de o linie discontinu\u0103, pe propriul sens de mers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, legea stabile\u0219te c\u0103 nici linia continu\u0103 de la marginea drumului nu poate fi dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103.
