se circul\u0103 pe un carosabil umed, cu vizibilitate bun\u0103 \u0219i valori de trafic sc\u0103zute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din cauza v\u00e2ntului puternic, manevrele \u00een portul Mangalia sunt \u00eenchise temporar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recomand\u0103ri<\/strong>&nbsp;adresate conduc\u0103torilor auto privind siguran\u021ba participan\u021bilor la trafic \u00een&nbsp;<strong>sezonul rece<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; verificarea anterioar\u0103 deplas\u0103rii a nivelului combustibilului\/bateriei;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; verificarea nivelului lichidului de parbriz, care s\u0103 fie rezistent la \u00eenghe\u021b;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
