Iat\u0103, cu ce vitez\u0103 po\u021bi circula, legal, \u00een sensul giratoriu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intersec\u021biile cu sens giratoriu au fost concepute pentru a fluidiza circula\u021bia. Acestea permit vehiculelor din toate direc\u021biile s\u0103 p\u0103trund\u0103 \u00een intersec\u021bie, cu condi\u021bia de a acorda prioritate celor afla\u021bi deja \u00een sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, Codul Rutier 2025 stabile\u0219te mai multe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ue-introduce-limite-pentru-nivelul-de-particule-emanat-de-anvelope-si-frane-19239111\">limite<\/a>&nbsp;de vitez\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de tipul de drum \u0219i de zona pe care se aplic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt limitele de vitez\u0103 \u00een 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Limitele de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/a-plecat-pe-scaunul-din-dreapta-dupa-ce-a-fost-prins-gonind-cu-o-viteza-ametitoare-pe-autostrada-a3-19152250\">vitez\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;admise \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, \u00een 2025, sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>130 km\/h pe autostrad\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 km\/h pe drumurile expres;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 km\/h pe drumurile na\u021bionale europene;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 km\/h pe celelalte categorii de drumuri (na\u021bionale sau jude\u021bene);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 km\/h \u00een localitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anumite zone, administratorul drumului poate impune o limit\u0103 de vitez\u0103 mai mic\u0103 sau mai mare fa\u021b\u0103 de limitele generale. Astfel, \u00een localitate putem \u00eent\u00e2lni zone unde viteza maxim\u0103 este de 30 km\/h sau de 70 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: Cu ce vitez\u0103 po\u021bi circula, legal, \u00een sensul giratoriu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Articolul 123 din Codul Rutier stabile\u0219te c\u0103 to\u021bi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/scapare-monumentala-a-autoritatilor-conducatorii-de-trotinete-electrice-nu-pot-fi-pedepsiti-18906934\">conduc\u0103torii<\/a>&nbsp;auto sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 circule cu o vitez\u0103 care s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 30 km\/h \u00een localit\u0103\u0163i sau 50 km\/h \u00een afara localit\u0103\u0163ilor, \u00een urm\u0103toarele situa\u0163ii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la trecerea prin intersec\u0163iile cu circula\u0163ie nedirijat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een curbe deosebit de periculoase semnalizate ca atare sau \u00een care vizibilitatea este mai mic\u0103 de 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la trecerea pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 grupuri organizate, coloane militare sau cortegii, indiferent dac\u0103 acestea se afl\u0103 \u00een mers sau sta\u0163ioneaz\u0103 pe partea carosabil\u0103 a drumurilor cu o singur\u0103 band\u0103 de circula\u0163ie pe sens;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la trecerea pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 animale care sunt conduse pe partea carosabil\u0103 sau pe acostament;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u00e2nd partea carosabil\u0103 este acoperit\u0103 cu polei, ghea\u0163\u0103, z\u0103pad\u0103 b\u0103t\u0103torit\u0103, m\u00e2zg\u0103 sau piatr\u0103 cubic\u0103 umed\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe drumuri cu denivel\u0103ri, semnalizate ca atare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een zona de ac\u0163iune a indicatorului de avertizare \u201eCopii\u201d \u00een intervalul orar 7,00-22,00, precum \u015fi a indicatorului \u201eAccident\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la trecerile pentru pietoni nesemaforizate, semnalizate prin indicatoare \u015fi marcaje, c\u00e2nd drumul public are cel mult o band\u0103 pe sens, iar pietonii afla\u0163i pe trotuar, \u00een imediata apropiere a par\u021bii carosabile, inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 se angajeze \u00een traversare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la schimbarea direc\u0163iei de mers prin viraje;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u00e2nd vizibilitatea este sub 100 m \u00een condi\u0163ii de cea\u0163\u0103, ploi toren\u0163iale, ninsori abundente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, la trecerea printr-o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/la-ce-ne-obliga-semaforul-intermitent-daca-suntem-primii-din-coloana-19121451\">intersec\u021bie<\/a>&nbsp;nedirijat\u0103 din interiorul unei localit\u0103\u021bi, viteza maxim\u0103 legal\u0103 e de 30 km\/h.
