Cel pu\u021bin asta prevede un proiect de ordonan\u021b\u0103 aflat \u00een debzatere public\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"soferii-in-vizorul-executivului\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evz.ro\/amenzi-de-5-ori-mai-mari-pentru-unii-soferii-daca-refuzi-platesti.html#soferii-in-vizorul-executivului\">\u0218oferii \u00een vizorul executivului<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un proiect de ordonan\u021b\u0103 care se afl\u0103 \u00een dezbatere public\u0103 prevede sanc\u021bionarea mai dur\u0103 a \u0219oferilor care refuz\u0103 s\u0103 c\u00e2nt\u0103rirea sau m\u0103surarea dimensiunilor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/evz.ro\/cosmarul-soferilor-romani-granita-bulgaria-cozi-zeci-kilometri.html\">vehiculului<\/a>. Sau a celor care se sustrag sau obstruc\u021bioneaz\u0103 verificarea autorit\u0103\u021bilor. Practic, \u00een cazul \u00een care refuz\u0103 controlul ace\u0219tia risc\u0103 amenzi de 5 ori mai mari dec\u00e2t cele actuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/media.evz.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Transportatorii_de_ma__rfuri_vor_circula_liber_i__n_UE_fa__ra___autorizat__ii_pa__na___i__n_decembrie_2025.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4605415\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordonan\u021ba Guvernului nr. 43\/1997 ar urma s\u0103 se modifice printr-un proiect de OG aflat \u00een dezbatere public\u0103. Iar schimb\u0103rile vizeaz\u0103 \u00een special sanc\u021bionarea \u0219oferilor care refuz\u0103 controlul. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 refuzul de nu c\u00e2nt\u0103ri&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/evz.ro\/acuzatii-explozive-cereale-din-ucraina-vandute-pe-sest-in-romania.html\">marfa<\/a>&nbsp;se adaug\u0103 \u0219i refuzul de a prezenta documentele de transport care va fi sanc\u021bionat diferit de acum \u00eencolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amenzile pentru aceste abateri ar urma s\u0103 fie de la &nbsp;15.000 la 30.000 de lei. \u00cen acest moment, amenzile sunt mult mai mici \u00een cazul acestor abateri, mai exact \u00eentre 10.000 \u0219i 20.000 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reguli-noi-si-pentru-convoaiele-de-transportatori\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evz.ro\/amenzi-de-5-ori-mai-mari-pentru-unii-soferii-daca-refuzi-platesti.html#reguli-noi-si-pentru-convoaiele-de-transportatori\">Reguli noi \u0219i pentru convoaiele de transportatori<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care vorbim despre sustragerea de la control amenzile cresc de 5 ori mai mult. La fel se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u0219i la obstruc\u021bionarea controlului sau neoprierea la semnalul regulamentar al oamenilor legii. Practic aceste amenzi vor cre\u0219te de la 3.000 &#8211; 6.000 de lei, la 15.000 &#8211; 30.000 de lei. De asemenea acestea nu sunt singurele modific\u0103ri aduse OUG-ului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 stabilirea aspectelor legate de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/evz.ro\/avertisment-podul-peste-mures-risca-sa-se-prabuseasca.html\">amenzi<\/a>&nbsp;se mai l\u0103muresc lucruri cu privire la defini\u021bia drumurilor na\u021bionale principale. Acestea se vor extinde \u00een sensul \u00een care vor fi curpinse \u00een aceast\u0103 categorie \u0219i drumurile na\u021bionale care asigur\u0103 leg\u0103turile cu statele vecine.
