Dac\u0103 este nevoie de autoriza\u021bie provizorie, aceasta adaug\u0103 un cost redus, de aproximativ 13 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen teorie, aceste sume ar putea sugera c\u0103 \u00eenmatricularea este ieftin\u0103. \u00cen practic\u0103 \u00eens\u0103, ele reprezint\u0103 doar o mic\u0103 parte din totalul pe care \u00eel pl\u0103te\u0219te un \u0219ofer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rca-principala-cheltuiala-pentru-soferi\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/taxe-pentru-proprietarii-de-masini-se-achita-obligatoriu-la-inmatricularea-fiecarui-vehicul.html#rca-principala-cheltuiala-pentru-soferi\">RCA, principala cheltuial\u0103 pentru \u0219oferi<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poli\u021ba de r\u0103spundere civil\u0103 auto (RCA) este, de departe, cel mai important cost din \u00eentregul proces. \u00cen func\u021bie de profilul \u0219oferului, v\u00e2rst\u0103, istoric de daune \u0219i capacitatea&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/asigurare-auto-in-2026-tara-unde-soferii-platesc-cele-mai-mici-polite-factorii-care-determina-pretul-final.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cilindric\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;a ma\u0219inii, pre\u021bul poate varia semnificativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru un \u0219ofer f\u0103r\u0103 risc ridicat, RCA-ul poate \u00eencepe de la aproximativ 500 de lei pe an, \u00eens\u0103 \u00een multe cazuri dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 1.000 sau chiar 2.000 de lei. Pentru \u0219oferii tineri sau cei cu antecedente, costul poate fi \u0219i mai mare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 cheltuial\u0103 este obligatorie pentru \u00eenmatriculare \u0219i, \u00een realitate, determin\u0103 cea mai mare parte din bugetul total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"verificarile-tehnice-si-procedurile-rar\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/taxe-pentru-proprietarii-de-masini-se-achita-obligatoriu-la-inmatricularea-fiecarui-vehicul.html#verificarile-tehnice-si-procedurile-rar\">Verific\u0103rile tehnice \u0219i procedurile RAR<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt element esen\u021bial este inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103 (ITP), care trebuie s\u0103 fie valabil\u0103 la momentul \u00eenmatricul\u0103rii. Dac\u0103 aceasta lipse\u0219te sau a expirat, proprietarul trebuie s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 \u00eentre 150 \u0219i 250 de lei pentru efectuarea inspec\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul ma\u0219inilor aduse din str\u0103in\u0103tate, procedura devine mai complex\u0103. Verific\u0103rile efectuate de Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n sunt obligatorii \u0219i includ identificarea vehiculului, verificarea conformit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i emiterea c\u0103r\u021bii de identitate a vehiculului.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/statie-itp-la-aeroportul-henri-coanda-serviciu-nou-pentru-pasageri-si-angajati-cu-tarife-minime-in-zona.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;Costurile<\/a>&nbsp;pot varia \u00eentre 100 \u0219i 500 de lei, \u00een func\u021bie de tipul ma\u0219inii \u0219i complexitatea procedurii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru mul\u021bi \u0219oferi, aceste etape reprezint\u0103 nu doar costuri suplimentare, ci \u0219i timp pierdut \u0219i birocra\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cat-costa-in-realitate-inmatricularea-unei-masini-in-2026\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/taxe-pentru-proprietarii-de-masini-se-achita-obligatoriu-la-inmatricularea-fiecarui-vehicul.html#cat-costa-in-realitate-inmatricularea-unei-masini-in-2026\">C\u00e2t cost\u0103, \u00een realitate, \u00eenmatricularea unei ma\u0219ini \u00een 2026<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a avea o imagine clar\u0103 asupra cheltuielilor, estim\u0103rile arat\u0103 astfel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Tip cost<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Sum\u0103 estimat\u0103<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Taxe administrative (talon + pl\u0103cu\u021be)<\/td><td>~100 lei<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Autoriza\u021bie provizorie<\/td><td>~13 lei<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>RCA<\/td><td>500 \u2013 2.000+ lei<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>ITP<\/td><td>150 \u2013 250 lei<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>RAR (dac\u0103 e cazul)<\/td><td>100 \u2013 500 lei<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>TOTAL estimat<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>850 \u2013 2.900 lei<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00cen cele mai multe situa\u021bii, \u0219oferii ajung s\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/se-pica-pe-loc-itp-ul-soferii-care-primesc-amenda-si-interdictie-de-circulatie-o-greseala-simpla-ii-surprinde-pe-multi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pl\u0103teasc\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;peste 1.000 de lei, chiar \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 costuri suplimentare majore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"masinile-din-import-cresc-semnificativ-costul\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/taxe-pentru-proprietarii-de-masini-se-achita-obligatoriu-la-inmatricularea-fiecarui-vehicul.html#masinile-din-import-cresc-semnificativ-costul\">Ma\u0219inile din import cresc semnificativ costul<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru autoturismele aduse din alte \u021b\u0103ri, \u00een special din Uniunea European\u0103, procedura implic\u0103 pa\u0219i suplimentari. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 verificarea tehnic\u0103 la Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n, pot ap\u0103rea costuri pentru traducerea documentelor, taxe administrative \u0219i eventuale repara\u021bii necesare pentru a respecta standardele tehnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceste cazuri, suma total\u0103 poate cre\u0219te cu c\u00e2teva sute de lei, iar procesul dureaz\u0103 mai mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"costuri-invizibile-pe-care-soferii-le-ignora\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/taxe-pentru-proprietarii-de-masini-se-achita-obligatoriu-la-inmatricularea-fiecarui-vehicul.html#costuri-invizibile-pe-care-soferii-le-ignora\">Costuri \u201einvizibile\u201d pe care \u0219oferii le ignor\u0103<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cheltuielile evidente, exist\u0103 \u0219i costuri indirecte care pot influen\u021ba bugetul final. Drumurile repetate la institu\u021bii, eventualele servicii de intermediere, copiile \u0219i dosarele necesare sau chiar repara\u021biile minore pentru a trece verific\u0103rile tehnice pot ad\u0103uga sume suplimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, alegerea unor pl\u0103cu\u021be de \u00eenmatriculare preferen\u021biale sau a unor servicii rapide poate cre\u0219te costul total f\u0103r\u0103 ca acest lucru s\u0103 fie evident de la \u00eenceput.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"un-avantaj-major-disparitia-taxei-auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/taxe-pentru-proprietarii-de-masini-se-achita-obligatoriu-la-inmatricularea-fiecarui-vehicul.html#un-avantaj-major-disparitia-taxei-auto\">Un avantaj major: dispari\u021bia taxei auto<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comparativ cu anii anteriori, \u0219oferii nu mai trebuie s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 taxa auto sau timbrul de mediu, care \u00een trecut putea ajunge la mii de euro. Eliminarea acestei taxe a f\u0103cut procesul mult mai accesibil, \u00eens\u0103 nu a eliminat complet costurile ridicate asociate \u00eenmatricul\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, \u00een 2026, \u00eenmatricularea unei ma\u0219ini \u00een Rom\u00e2nia este mai pu\u021bin \u00eempov\u0103r\u0103toare din punct de vedere fiscal, dar r\u0103m\u00e2ne costisitoare din cauza cheltuielilor obligatorii pentru circula\u021bia legal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 taxele oficiale sunt reduse, costurile reale sunt dictate de RCA, verific\u0103rile tehnice \u0219i situa\u021bia fiec\u0103rui vehicul.
