M\u0103sura face parte din noua Directiv\u0103 european\u0103 privind permisele de conducere \u0219i vizeaz\u0103 \u00een special vehiculele cu combustibili alternativi, inclusiv vehiculele electrice, dar \u0219i anumite categorii de vehicule speciale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-2\"><a href=\"https:\/\/transport.ec.europa.eu\/news-events\/news\/modernised-eu-rules-driving-licences-and-driving-disqualifications-enter-force-2025-11-25_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comisia European\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;a anun\u021bat c\u0103 noile reguli au intrat \u00een vigoare la nivelul UE \u00een 25 noiembrie 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-3\">Schimbarea este important\u0103 pentru \u0219oferii care folosesc autoutilitare electrice, vehicule comerciale u\u0219oare sau rulote mai grele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-4\">Limita de 3,5 tone a fost stabilit\u0103 \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 \u00een care vehiculele electrice nu erau r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite, iar bateriile acestora pot ad\u0103uga o greutate semnificativ\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-5\">Potrivit Comisiei Europene, noua directiv\u0103 permite conducerea cu permis categoria B a vehiculelor cu combustibili alternativi, inclusiv vehicule de interven\u021bie, cu o mas\u0103 maxim\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 4,25 tone, \u00een loc de 3,5 tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-6\">Institu\u021bia european\u0103 explic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 aceste vehicule sunt adesea mai grele dec\u00e2t cele conven\u021bionale, inclusiv din cauza greut\u0103\u021bii bateriei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-1\">Permisul categoria B se schimb\u0103 \u00een UE: noi prevederi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-7\">\u00cen prezent, permisul categoria B permite, \u00een mod obi\u0219nuit, conducerea vehiculelor cu masa maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 3.500 de kilograme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-8\">Noua reglementare european\u0103 ridic\u0103 limita p\u00e2n\u0103 la 4,25 tone pentru vehiculele cu combustibili alternativi, categorie \u00een care intr\u0103 \u0219i vehiculele electrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-9\">M\u0103sura este g\u00e2ndit\u0103 pentru a evita situa\u021biile \u00een care un \u0219ofer nu mai poate conduce varianta electric\u0103 a unui vehicul pe care \u00eel folosea anterior, doar pentru c\u0103 bateria ridic\u0103 masa total\u0103 peste pragul de 3,5 tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-10\">Comisia European\u0103 a precizat c\u0103 obiectivul este \u00eencurajarea utiliz\u0103rii vehiculelor cu emisii mai reduse, f\u0103r\u0103 ca \u0219oferii s\u0103 fie obliga\u021bi s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 o categorie superioar\u0103 de permis doar din cauza greut\u0103\u021bii suplimentare a tehnologiei electrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-2\">Condi\u021bii pentru noile limite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-11\">Noile reguli nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 orice \u0219ofer cu permis categoria B va putea conduce automat orice vehicul de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 4,25 tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-12\">Potrivit Comisiei Europene, modificarea se aplic\u0103 vehiculelor cu combustibili alternativi, inclusiv vehiculelor electrice, iar pentru rulotele grele vor fi introduse reguli separate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-13\">\u0218oferii cu permis categoria B vor putea ob\u021bine drepturi suplimentare pentru rulote grele dup\u0103 o formare \u021bintit\u0103 sau dup\u0103 un test, \u00een func\u021bie de decizia fiec\u0103rui stat membru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-14\">Comisia a mai anun\u021bat c\u0103 legisla\u021bia european\u0103 devine aplicabil\u0103 \u00een statele membre dup\u0103 transpunerea \u00een legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103, \u00een termen de patru ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-15\">Exist\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 o excep\u021bie pentru regulile privind vehiculele cu combustibili alternativi, care vor deveni aplicabile \u00een doi ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-3\"><strong>Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu rulotele<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-16\">Noile reguli europene prev\u0103d \u0219i posibilitatea ca de\u021bin\u0103torii permisului categoria B s\u0103 poat\u0103 conduce rulote mai grele. \u00cen acest caz, \u00eens\u0103, dreptul nu va fi automat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-17\">Comisia European\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219oferii cu permis categoria B vor putea primi drepturi suplimentare pentru rulote grele dup\u0103 o instruire specific\u0103 sau dup\u0103 un test, \u00een func\u021bie de forma aleas\u0103 de fiecare stat membru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-18\">Num\u0103rul maxim de pasageri pentru categoria B nu este transformarea permisului categoria B \u00eentr-o categorie pentru transport de persoane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-4\">Permisul categoria B se schimb\u0103 \u00een UE: C\u00e2nd se aplic\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-20\">Noile reguli nu se aplic\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 automat \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Pentru ca \u0219oferii rom\u00e2ni s\u0103 poat\u0103 folosi noile limite, directiva european\u0103 trebuie transpus\u0103 \u00een legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103, inclusiv \u00een regulile din Codul rutier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-21\">Comisia European\u0103 precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 noile acte legislative sunt \u00een vigoare la nivel european, dar devin aplicabile \u00een statele membre dup\u0103 transpunere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-22\">Termenul general este de patru ani, cu aplicare mai rapid\u0103 pentru regulile privind vehiculele cu combustibili alternativi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-23\">Prin urmare, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia r\u0103m\u00e2n valabile regulile actuale p\u00e2n\u0103 la modificarea legisla\u021biei na\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-5\">Cazul Tesla Cybertruck de la Lugoj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-24\">Importan\u021ba limitei de 3,5 tone a fost vizibil\u0103 \u0219i \u00een cazul unui \u0219ofer cu Tesla Cybertruck, oprit de poli\u021bi\u0219ti la Lugoj, prezentat la momentul respectiv de Digi24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-25\">Potrivit informa\u021biilor transmise de IPJ Timi\u0219 \u0219i citate de presa central\u0103, b\u0103rbatul de 39 de ani nu avea permis corespunz\u0103tor categoriei din care f\u0103cea parte vehiculul, iar \u00een cauz\u0103 a fost \u00eentocmit dosar penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-26\">\u00cen cazul acestui model, masa maxim\u0103 autorizat\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te limita permis\u0103 pentru categoria B, fiind estimat\u0103 \u00eentre 3,6 \u0219i 4,1 tone, \u00een func\u021bie de versiune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-27\">Din acest motiv, potrivit legisla\u021biei actuale din Rom\u00e2nia, pentru conducerea unui astfel de vehicul este necesar\u0103 o categorie superioar\u0103 de permis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-28\">Noile reguli europene ar putea evita, \u00een viitor, situa\u021bii similare pentru anumite vehicule electrice sau cu combustibili alternativi, dar numai dup\u0103 aplicarea lor efectiv\u0103 \u00een legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter-6\">De ce a fost nevoie de schimbarea limitei<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-29\">Limita de 3,5 tone a fost stabilit\u0103 \u00eenainte ca vehiculele electrice s\u0103 devin\u0103 o prezen\u021b\u0103 important\u0103 pe pia\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-30\">\u00cen cazul autoutilitarelor electrice \u0219i al altor vehicule comerciale u\u0219oare, greutatea bateriei poate reduce sarcina util\u0103 sau poate \u00eempinge vehiculul peste limita permis\u0103 pentru categoria B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-31\">Comisia European\u0103 explic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 vehiculele cu combustibili alternativi sunt adesea mai grele dec\u00e2t cele conven\u021bionale, inclusiv din cauza bateriilor.
