Printre cauze sunt configura\u0163ia str\u0103zilor, valorile ridicate de trafic sau de lipsa unor marcaje \u015fi indicatoare suplimentare care s\u0103-i ajute pe pietoni \u015fi \u015foferi. Situa\u0163ia a fost discutat\u0103 \u00eentr-o \u015fedin\u0163\u0103 a Comisiei de analiz\u0103 a factorilor ce influen\u021beaz\u0103 siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103 la nivelul jude\u021bului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indiferent de zonele problematice invocate (intersec\u0163ia de pe strada Petru Rare\u015f din zona \u015ecolii 1, strada Sucevei zona Carrefour, etc.) cert este c\u0103 o strad\u0103 genereaz\u0103 anual accidente grave, indiferent de m\u0103surile luate. Aceasta este Calea Na\u0163ional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201eCele mai multe accidente grave \u00een municipiul Boto\u015fani le-am avut pe Calea Na\u0163ional\u0103. E singurul tronson unde an de an se produc mai multe accidente, pe restul str\u0103zilor avem c\u00e2te maxim un accident. O excep\u0163ie este pe Octav Onicescu, unde elimin\u0103m acum o trecere de pietoni, la intersec\u0163ia cu V\u00e2rnav, acolo sunt dou\u0103 treceri \u015fi au fost probleme\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, a declarat comisar&nbsp;<strong>Alexandru Ivanov, \u015feful Biroului Rutier Boto\u015fani<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lipsa marcajelor, o mare problem\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Foarte mul\u0163i boto\u015f\u0103neni reclam\u0103 lipsa unor marcaje vizibile pe Calea Na\u0163ional\u0103. Aici, marcajul provizoriu trasat dup\u0103 reabilitarea str\u0103zii este \u015fters aproape \u00een totalitate. Reprezentan\u0163ii Biroului Rutier spun c\u0103, indiferent de m\u0103surile luate \u2013 iluminat led \u00een zona trecerilor, scoaterea scuarurilor de tramvai \u2013 acel tronson r\u0103m\u00e2ne oricum periculos. Asta la fel ca pe orice strad\u0103 care are mai mult de o band\u0103 pe sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chiar \u015fi prefecta era s\u0103 fie accidentat\u0103 pe trecere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Situa\u0163ia este confirmat\u0103 \u015fi de prefectul Raluca Curelariu. Aceasta era s\u0103 fie accidentat\u0103 pe trecerea de pietoni din dreptul sediului de la Permise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Semafoare la toate trecerile de pe Calea Na\u0163ional\u0103<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reprezentan\u0163ii Poli\u0163iei spun c\u0103, pentru a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163i situa\u0163ia, Calea Na\u0163ional\u0103 face obiectul unui proiect pentru cre\u015fterea siguran\u0163ei rutiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u201eCalea Na\u0163ional\u0103 face parte dintr-un proiect pentru care am emis aviz, cu implementare etapizat\u0103, ce prevede c\u0103 toate trecerile de pietoni vor fi semaforizate. \u00cen plus, intersec\u0163iile cu semafor existente vor fi corelate cu noile semafoare pentru pietoni, printr-un sistem de management inteligent al traficului. Deci \u015fi la trecerea de pietoni de la Permise. Sistemul va func\u0163iona pe baz\u0103 de senzori \u00een asfalt care vor analiza valorile de trafic. Am emis aviz pentru un executant de lucr\u0103ri, pentru o prim\u0103 etap\u0103 ce presupune digitalizarea semafoarelor \u015fi montarea de senzori \u00een asfalt\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, a declarat comisar&nbsp;<strong>Alexandru Ivanov<\/strong>. Acesta nu a putut avansa termene certe, dar reprezentan\u0163i ai Prim\u0103riei Boto\u015fani spun c\u0103 proiectul ar putea dura 2 ani.&nbsp; Intersec\u0163iile problematice vor fi tratate cu prioritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trei sensuri giratorii noi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe tronsonul din Calea Na\u0163ional\u0103 spre Zona Industrial\u0103 a fost aprobat\u0103 amenajarea a trei sensuri giratorii noi: la Gar\u0103, la Spitalul de Recuperare \u015fi la intersec\u0163ia cu Manole\u015fti Deal. \u00centr-o prim\u0103 faz\u0103 probabil vor fi provizorii. Intrarea de pe orice strad\u0103 lateral\u0103 se va face la dreapta, iar cei care vor dori s\u0103 fac\u0103 st\u00e2nga vor trebui s\u0103 mearg\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la primul sens giratoriu pentru a \u00eentoarce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015ei pentru alte artere sunt propuse m\u0103suri suplimentare.
