Numai c\u0103 \u00een Codul Rutier 2026 se stabile\u0219te c\u0103 aproape orice autovehicul care circul\u0103 pe drumurile publice trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 ITP valabil. Dar aceast\u0103 regul\u0103 se aplic\u0103 \u0219i \u00een cazul motocultorului sau pentru acesta inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103 e op\u021bional\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interesul \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te regulile de utilizare a unui&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/daca-remorca-e-inmatriculata-ai-voie-cu-motocultorul-pe-drumurile-publice-singura-varianta-legala-conform-codului-rutier-2026-19495373\">motocultor<\/a>&nbsp;a crescut foarte mult \u00een ultimii ani. Acest mic utilaj agricol este achizi\u021bionat de tot mai mul\u021bi rom\u00e2ni care locuiesc sau au case ori terenuri \u00een zonele rurale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popularitatea lui se datoreaz\u0103 \u00een primul r\u00e2nd pre\u021bului, fiind un autovehicul ieftin, u\u0219or de \u00eentre\u021binut \u0219i simplu de condus. Numai c\u0103 legisla\u021bia rutier\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 nu a fost adaptat\u0103 utiliz\u0103rii pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 a motocultoarelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trebuie s\u0103 faci ITP la motocultor dac\u0103 circuli cu el pe drumurile publice?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen mod normal, nu se face ITP la un motocultor. Pentru c\u0103 acesta nu este un vehicul care poate fi \u00eenmatriculat sau \u00eenregistrat pentru circula\u021bia pe drumurile publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reglement\u0103rile privind Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 se refer\u0103 la vehiculele&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/situatia-ciudata-din-noul-cod-rutier-2026-poti-circula-cu-o-caruta-pe-drumul-public-dar-nu-cu-motocultorul-de-ce-19475175\">\u00eenmatriculate sau \u00eenregistrate<\/a>&nbsp;\u00een Rom\u00e2nia. ITP-ul verific\u0103 starea tehnic\u0103, dot\u0103rile obligatorii, siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103, protec\u021bia mediului \u0219i folosirea conform destina\u021biei vehiculului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nu orice utilaj cu motor intr\u0103 automat \u00een categoria vehiculelor pentru care e necesar ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Pentru a circula pe drumurile publice, vehiculele, cu excep\u0163ia celor trase sau \u00eempinse cu m\u00e2na \u015fi a bicicletelor, trebuie s\u0103 fie \u00eenmatriculate ori \u00eenregistrate, dup\u0103 caz, \u015fi s\u0103 poarte pl\u0103cu\u0163e cu num\u0103rul de \u00eenmatriculare sau de \u00eenregistrare, cu forme, dimensiuni \u015fi con\u0163inut prev\u0103zute de standardele \u00een vigoare<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 12 din OUG 195\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, dac\u0103 motocultorul nu poate fi \u00eenregistrat la prim\u0103rie \u0219i nici nu poate fi \u00eenmatriculat, nu este necesar s\u0103 aib\u0103 inspec\u021bie tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103, dar nici nu poate fi condus pe drumurile publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ri\u0219ti dac\u0103 mergi cu motocultorul pe drumurile publice?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2026, conducerea unui motocultor pe un drum public poate atrage sanc\u021biuni, dup\u0103 cum precizeaz\u0103 publica\u021bia&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gandul.ro\/auto\/codul-rutier-2026-de-ce-nu-poti-circula-cu-motocultorul-pe-un-drum-public-ce-arata-legea-20836313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G\u00e2ndul<\/a>. Conform OUG 195\/2002, aceast\u0103 fapt\u0103 este considerat\u0103 contraven\u021bie \u0219i se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Constituie contraven\u0163ii \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a III-a de sanc\u0163iuni conducerea pe drumurile publice a altor vehicule dec\u00e2t cele care trebuie \u00eenmatriculate sau \u00eenregistrate, vehiculele trase sau \u00eempinse cu m\u00e2na, bicicletele \u015fi trotinetele electrice<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 101 (20) din OUG 195\/2002, conform&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sintact.ro\/legislatie\/monitorul-oficial\/ordonanta-de-urgenta-195-2002-privind-circulatia-pe-drumurile-16837595\/art-101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sintact.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 o amend\u0103 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 1.215 lei \u0219i 1.620 de lei, care se aplic\u0103 inclusiv \u00een cazul \u00een care cel care conduce motocultorul are permis auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sursa\/foto: promotor<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Motocultorul este folosit frecvent \u00een gospod\u0103rii pentru diverse lucr\u0103ri agricole mici, uneori chiar \u0219i pentru transport pe distan\u021be scurte.
