Beta-glucanul este un tip de fibr\u0103 care formeaz\u0103 un gel gros \u00een tractul digestiv. Tensiunea arterial\u0103 poate sc\u0103dea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficiul consumului regulat de ov\u0103z asupra tensiunii arteriale nu este la fel de clar demonstrat precum efectele asupra colesterolului \u0219i greut\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unele studii au g\u0103sit o leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre consumul de ov\u0103z \u0219i reducerea tensiunii arteriale, \u00een timp ce altele nu au observat acest efect. Diferen\u021bele pot fi explicate prin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tipul \u0219i cantitatea de beta-glucan consumat\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>durata studiilor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caracteristicile participan\u021bilor, de exemplu dac\u0103 aveau deja hipertensiune sau nu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Totu\u0219i, chiar dac\u0103 rela\u021bia dintre ov\u0103z \u0219i tensiunea arterial\u0103 este \u00eenc\u0103 studiat\u0103, consumul de ov\u0103z nu \u00ee\u021bi va face r\u0103u, iar celelalte beneficii pentru inim\u0103 sunt prea importante pentru a fi ignorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
