Un \u0219ofer poate circula cu acestea chiar \u0219i la temperaturi de peste 30 de grade Celsius, dac\u0103 pneurile sunt conforme, au dimensiunile omologate \u0219i nu sunt uzate peste limita legal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier impune folosirea anvelopelor de iarn\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de starea carosabilului, nu \u00een func\u021bie de calendar. Acestea sunt obligatorii c\u00e2nd ma\u0219ina circul\u0103 pe un drum public acoperit cu z\u0103pad\u0103, ghea\u021b\u0103 sau polei. Ma\u0219ina poate r\u0103spunde mai lent la schimb\u0103rile de direc\u021bie, iar distan\u021ba necesar\u0103 pentru oprire poate cre\u0219te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, anvelopele se uzeaz\u0103 accelerat la temperaturi ridicate. Consumul de carburant poate cre\u0219te u\u0219or din cauza rezisten\u021bei mai mari la rulare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd se aplic\u0103 amenda de peste 4.000 de lei pentru anvelope?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.promotor.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/anvelope-all-season-1024x683.png?resize=800%2C534&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19376225\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Amenda maxim\u0103 nu se aplic\u0103 pentru simplul fapt c\u0103 un \u0219ofer circul\u0103 vara cu pneuri de iarn\u0103. Sanc\u021biunea din clasa a IV-a este prev\u0103zut\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd un autovehicul circul\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 anvelope de iarn\u0103 pe un drum acoperit cu z\u0103pad\u0103, ghea\u021b\u0103 sau polei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clasa a IV-a cuprinde \u00eentre 9 \u0219i 20 de puncte-amend\u0103. La valoarea de 202,5 lei a punctului-amend\u0103, sanc\u021biunea este cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 1.822,5 lei \u0219i 4.050 de lei. \u00cen plus, poli\u021bistul rutier re\u021bine certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare \u0219i elibereaz\u0103 o dovad\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 drept de circula\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a fi considerate de iarn\u0103, anvelopele trebuie s\u0103 respecte cerin\u021bele de omologare \u0219i s\u0103 aib\u0103 marcajul specific M+S, M.S. sau M&amp;S, dup\u0103 cum explic\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/?p=453\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, anvelopele care prezint\u0103 t\u0103ieturi, rupturi sau o uzur\u0103 peste limita admis\u0103, pot duce la amend\u0103 \u0219i la re\u021binerea certificatului de \u00eenmatriculare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, pneurile trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 dimensiunile \u0219i caracteristicile prev\u0103zute pentru vehicul.
