vrea o nou\u0103 clas\u0103 de \u00eenmatriculare pentru ma\u0219inile electrice mici<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comisia&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/index_ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">European\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;lucreaz\u0103 la un proiect care introduce o categorie nou\u0103 de \u00eenmatriculare, denumit\u0103 M1E, dedicat\u0103 exclusiv autoturismelor electrice compacte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit documentului aflat \u00een consultare, noua clas\u0103 va include doar vehiculele complet electrice cu o lungime de cel mult 4,20 metri, care respect\u0103 toate standardele de siguran\u021b\u0103 aplicabile autoturismelor clasice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini\u021biativa vine \u00eentr-un moment \u00een care segmentul&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/in-ce-situatii-iti-poate-fi-confiscata-masina-codul-rutier-prevede-reguli-clare-politia-poate-dispune-mai-multe-masuri.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ma\u0219inilor<\/a>&nbsp;mici \u0219i accesibile s-a redus considerabil \u00een Europa, pe fondul costurilor tot mai ridicate generate de normele privind siguran\u021ba \u0219i protec\u021bia mediului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"de-ce-dispar-masinile-mici-de-pe-piata\"><a ce dispar ma\u0219inile mici de pe pia\u021b\u0103<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ultimii ani, numeroase modele apreciate de \u0219oferii europeni au fost retrase din produc\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autoturisme precum Ford Fiesta sau Volkswagen Up au disp\u0103rut treptat din oferta produc\u0103torilor, deoarece costurile necesare pentru respectarea noilor norme europene au f\u0103cut ca acest segment s\u0103 devin\u0103 tot mai pu\u021bin profitabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin noul proiect,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/lovitura-pentru-oierii-din-romania-dupa-interdictia-impusa-de-ue-100-000-de-familii-de-ciobani-traiesc-din-asta.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bruxelles<\/a>-ul \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze revenirea ma\u0219inilor de ora\u0219, \u00eens\u0103 doar \u00een varianta cu emisii zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vehiculele echipate cu motoare pe benzin\u0103, diesel sau hibride nu vor putea beneficia de avantajele noii categorii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, proiectul nu impune o limit\u0103 maxim\u0103 de greutate, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t constructorii s\u0103 poat\u0103 integra toate sistemele moderne de protec\u021bie f\u0103r\u0103 restric\u021bii suplimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"producatorii-ar-putea-beneficia-de-10-ani-fara-modificari-legislative\"><a ar putea beneficia de 10 ani f\u0103r\u0103 modific\u0103ri legislative<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai importante avantaje propuse de Comisia European\u0103 vizeaz\u0103 stabilitatea legislativ\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Constructorii care vor omologa modele \u00een noua clas\u0103 M1E nu vor fi obliga\u021bi s\u0103 adapteze&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.ro\/se-schimba-regulile-pentru-soferi-de-la-1-iulie-aparatul-care-devine-obligatoriu-pentru-mai-multe-autoutilitare.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer ora\u0219e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit calendarului propus, adoptarea oficial\u0103 a noii categorii este a\u0219teptat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la jum\u0103tatea anului 2026, iar regulile ar urma s\u0103 intre \u00een vigoare la \u00eenceputul lui 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i proiectul urm\u0103re\u0219te apari\u021bia unor automobile electrice de aproximativ 15.000 de euro, un astfel de model nu
