Ca urmare a precipita\u021biilor abundente, macazurile au fost acoperite cu o cantitate mare de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Din pricina apei de pe carosabil, traficul rutier se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00eengreunat pe <strong>DN2<\/strong> Foc\u0219ani \u2013 Bac\u0103u, la km 223, \u00eentre localit\u0103\u021bile Domne\u0219ti \u0219i Rugine\u0219ti (<strong>jud. Vrancea<\/strong>). Pe sensul c\u0103tre Foc\u0219ani, este afectat\u0103 prima band\u0103 \u0219i o parte din banda num\u0103rul 2.<\/p>\n<p>Din acela\u0219i motiv, se circul\u0103 u\u0219or \u00eengreunat pe <strong>DN1B<\/strong> Ploie\u0219ti \u2013 Buz\u0103u, la km 31, \u00een zona localit\u0103\u021bii prahovene Loloiasca. Pe carosabil, nivelul apei este de aproximativ 5 centimetri.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen jude\u021bul Br\u0103ila, circula\u021bia auto pe <strong>DN21<\/strong> Slobozia \u2013 Br\u0103ila se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00eengreunat, pe un fir alternativ, la km 62, \u00een zona localit\u0103\u021bii B\u0103r\u0103ganu.
