Astfel, atunci cand gatiti cartofii, aminoacizii se combina cu zaharul acela si produc acrilamida, o substanta toxica pentru organism.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>ASP explica si cum trebuie depozitate legumele: cartofii trebuie pastrati intr-un loc racoros si uscat, dar in niciun caz in frigider, potrivit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/foodstory.ro.%20\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foodstory.ro.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Acrilamida este o substanta chimica folosita la fabricarea hartiei, a vopselurilor si a plasticului, dar se gaseste adeseori si in mancare, mai ales in prajeli.<\/p>\n<p>sursa: antena3.ro<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atentie la ce depozitati in frigider!
