Digestive <\/strong>(gre\u0163uri, v\u0103rs\u0103turi, dureri abdominale, arsuri epigastrice) considerate consecin\u0163a unor excese alimentare sau afec\u0163iuni digestive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Nu neglija\u0163i nici durerea precordial\u0103 ,,clasic\u0103\u201d(durere toracic\u0103 anterioar\u0103 intens\u0103, cu caracter de constric\u0163ie, presiune, arsur\u0103, greutate, str\u00e2ngere sau sfredelire ce iradiaz\u0103 \u00een um\u0103rul \u015fi bra\u0163ul st\u00e2ng \u015fi care dureaz\u0103 mai mult de c\u00e2teva minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Zece lucruri pe care trebuie s\u0103 le \u015fti\u0163i despre frig: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Fiecare grad sub zero cre\u015fte cu 2% riscul de infarct datorit\u0103 vasocontric\u0163iei, cre\u015fterii tensiunii arteriale \u015fi a tulbur\u0103rilor circulatorii. Temperaturile extrem de sc\u0103zute duc de fiecare dat\u0103 la cre\u015fterea num\u0103rului \u015fi gravit\u0103\u0163ii cazurilor de angin\u0103 pectoral\u0103, hipertensiune arterial\u0103 \u015fi infarct miocardic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 2. Cei mai afecta\u0163i de temperaturile de infarct sunt b\u0103rba\u0163ii de 40-50 de ani sedentari ce fac efort fizic \u00een frig-cur\u0103\u0163\u0103 ma\u015fina sau strada de z\u0103pad\u0103-la primele ore ale dimine\u0163ii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.Lor li se ad\u0103ug\u0103 fum\u0103torii, diabeticii \u015fi cei cu valori mari ale colesterolului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Riscurile cresc la sedentari, supraponderali \u015fi fum\u0103tori. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomand\u0103rile medicului Tudor Ciuhodaru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 1.Evita\u0163i stresul termic: utiliza\u0163i \u00eembrac\u0103minte groas\u0103, impermeabil\u0103, care s\u0103 v\u0103 protejeze \u015fi fa\u0163a \u015fi m\u00e2inile, consuma\u0163i lichide calde, evita\u0163i deplas\u0103rile nejustificate \u015fi reduce\u0163i drumurile matinale \u015fi nocturne c\u00e2nd este foarte frig \u015fi g\u0103si\u0163i c\u00e2teva minute de repaus \u00een spa\u0163ii \u00eenc\u0103lzite precum cele publice sau \u00een magazine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Nu neglija\u0163i chiar \u015fi simptomele nespecifice. Consulta\u0163i un medic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Orice \u00eent\u00e2rziere a diagnosticului \u015fi tratamentului poate fi nefast\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 4. Evita\u0163i automedica\u0163ia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
