Burnout este un termen folosit \u00een psihologie \u015fi se refer\u0103 o stare de epuizare psihic\u0103 \u015fi fizic\u0103 pentru o perioad\u0103 \u00eendelungat\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Afl\u0103 care sunt principalele cauze ale acestui tip de epuizare, cum diferen\u0163iezi stresul profesional cronic de burnout \u015fi, mai ales, cum s\u0103 previi sau s\u0103 tratezi aceast\u0103 afec\u0163iune.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burnout-ul propriu-zis nu este clasificat drept boal\u0103, dar \u00eel face pe individ s\u0103 se lupte cu propriile sale tr\u0103iri, care pot fi de ne\u00een\u0163eles, noteaz\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gandul.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G\u00e2ndul<\/a>.<br><br>\u201cCu toate c\u0103 deriv\u0103 din stres, burnout-ul (cunoscut \u015fi ca sindromul arderii complete sau&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csid.ro\/health\/sanatate\/oboseala-cronica-neurastenia-simptome-cauze-si-tratament-12548162\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103<\/a>) este o afec\u0163iune diferit\u0103.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.csid.ro\/health\/sanatate\/4-afectiuni-care-pot-fi-confundate-cu-stresul-15178470\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stresul&nbsp;<\/a>este o adaptare a corpului la anumi\u0163i factori externi \u015fi este mai u\u015for de identificat.&nbsp; Simptomele burnout-ului se manifest\u0103 subtil, mai ales \u00een primele faze ale acestuia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dou\u0103 st\u0103ri pot alerta starea de burnout \u2013 epuizarea emo\u0163ional\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;(invidul este epuizat emo\u0163ional, lipsit de energie)&nbsp;<strong>\u015fi performan\u0163a redus\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;(persoana respectiv\u0103 nu poate duce la \u00eendeplinire obiectivele de la serviciu sau acas\u0103, \u00eei este greu s\u0103 se concentreze , nu are creativitate)\u201d, precizeaz\u0103 neurologul Dan Mitrea.<br><br>Atunci se recomand\u0103 vizita la un specialist pentru a primi tratament \u00eempotriva depresiei \u015fi a anxiet\u0103\u0163ii. \u201cRevenirea se face treptat, pacientul trebuie s\u0103 fie monitorizat de un psihiatru. \u00cen perioada respectiv\u0103 se recomand\u0103 \u00eentreruperea temporar\u0103 a activit\u0103\u0163ii de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sindromul burnout se manifest\u0103 \u00een mai multe etape.&nbsp;<\/strong>Acestea au fost descrise de psihologii Freudenberger \u015fi North.
