Asta deoarece CNAIR a decis revizuirea studiului de fezabilitate realizat \u00een 2006. Practic, \u00eentreaga procedur\u0103 va fi reluat\u0103 de la zero, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 banii cheltui\u021bi cu studiul de fezabilitate deja realizat vor fi pierdu\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noul studiu de fezabilitate a fost scos la licita\u021bie de CNAIR, la pachet cu proiectul tehnic al viitoarei autostr\u0103zi. Valoarea estimat\u0103 a noului studiu de fezabilitate (\u00eempreun\u0103 cu proiectul tehnic, de aceast\u0103 dat\u0103) va fi de circa 10 milioane de euro, \u00een timp ce termenul de finalizare este de 42 de luni. Acest lucru \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 abia prin 2024 vor putea \u00eencepe lucr\u0103rile, iar acestea au un termen prev\u0103zut de 61 de luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd vom vedea finalizarea autostr\u0103zii Ploie\u0219ti Bra\u0219ov?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin urmare, putem admite c\u0103 mul\u021bi vor fi ie\u0219it deja la pensie \u00eenainte de a apuca s\u0103 mearg\u0103 cu ma\u0219ina pe noua autostrad\u0103. Nou\u0103 ani este o perspectiv\u0103 foarte \u00eendep\u0103rtat\u0103, mai ales \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, unde autostr\u0103zile se construiesc \u00een ritm de melc \u0219i se demoleaz\u0103 peste noapte.Tot contractul are un termen de realizare de 107 luni, defalcat astfel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>30 de luni pentru realizarea Studiului de Fezabilitate.<\/li><li>6 luni pentru Proiectul pentru Autorizarea Execut\u0103rii Lucr\u0103rilor de Construire (PAC)<\/li><li>6 luni pentru Proiectul Tehnic de execu\u021bie<\/li><li>4 luni \u2013 asisten\u021b\u0103 tehnic\u0103 pe perioada licita\u021biei pentru execu\u021bie<\/li><li>61 de luni asisten\u021b\u0103 tehnic\u0103 pe perioada execu\u021biei lucr\u0103rilor<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul \u0219i traseul viitoarei autostr\u0103zi vor suferi modific\u0103ri majore fa\u021b\u0103 de variantele ini\u021biale, din 2006. Un exemplu ar fi zona sta\u021biunilor Bu\u0219teni \u0219i Sinaia, unde noile documenta\u021bii vor trebui s\u0103 prevad\u0103 mai multe tuneluri care s\u0103 ocoleasc\u0103 localit\u0103\u021bile.
