T\u00e2rgovi\u015ftenii o cunosc \u015fi sub denumirea de \u201ePalatul Po\u015ftei\u201d. Cl\u0103direa este un monument istoric construit de arhitectul Alexandru Clavel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/adevarul.ro\/assets\/adevarul.ro\/MRImage\/2020\/10\/18\/5f8c2d0e5163ec4271ffc624\/646x404.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Istoria Palatului Po\u015ftei, una dintre cele mai vechi \u015fi mai frumoase cl\u0103diri vechi din T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p> Chiar dac\u0103 a murit de t\u00e2n\u0103r, la doar 39 de ani, arhitectul Alexandru Clavel a fost autor al unor construc\u0163ii cu func\u0163iuni asem\u0103n\u0103toare la Curtea de Arge\u015f, Craiova, R\u00e2mnicu V\u00e2lcea, Rom\u00e2n. \u00cen D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a a mai proiectat Casa &#8220;Gabriel Popescu&#8221; din Vulcana Pandele \u015fi casa avocatului Porojan din T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201eCl\u0103direa se compune din parter, etaj \u015fi subsol pe toat\u01ce \u00eentinderea, cu excep\u0163ia zonei centrale, unde se g\u01cesesc ghi\u015feele. Planul cl\u01cedirii este \u00een form\u01ce de \u201eL\u201d care leag\u01ce trei corpuri, separate la nivelul etajului \u015fi exprimate plastic \u00een faIade cu \u00eenvelitori distincte. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Are \u015farpant\u01ce din lemn \u015fi \u00eenvelitoare din Iigl\u01ce. Zid\u01ceria este din c\u01cer\u01cemid\u01ce. Plan\u015feele sunt din grinzi metalice \u015fi bolIi de c\u01cer\u01cemid\u01ce. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fa\u0163ada este din c\u01cer\u01cemid\u01ce aparent\u01ce \u015fi decorat\u01ce cu acandramente din piatr\u01ce \u015fi sc\u01ceri din piatr\u01ce. \u00cen sala central\u01ce grinzile sunt din lemn cu decora\u0163ii, iar tavanul din sc\u00e2ndur\u01ce din stejar. Construc\u0163ia p\u01cestreaz\u01ce \u015fi ast\u01cezi planul ini\u0163ial f\u01cer\u01ce transform\u01ceri \u015fi ad\u01ceugiri\u201d, spune istoricul George Coand\u0103. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/adevarul.ro\/assets\/adevarul.ro\/MRImage\/2020\/10\/18\/5f8c2d1f5163ec4271ffc77c\/646x404.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><figcaption><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/adevarul.ro\/assets\/adevarul.ro\/MRImage\/2020\/10\/18\/5f8c2d225163ec4271ffc786\/627x0.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u01ce formarea statelor feudale rom\u00e2ne\u015fti s-au stabilit rela\u0163ii de schimb de coresponden\u0163\u01ce cu statele rom\u00e2ne\u015fti, \u0162\u01cerile vecine, Poart\u0103 Otoman\u01ce, Vene\u0163ia, Statul Papal.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Coresponden\u0163a avea un caracter oficial, fiind expediat\u01ce prin curierii care c\u01cel\u01cetoreau pe jos, numi\u0163i \u201eumbl\u01cetori\u201d. Aceasta se transmitea \u015fi cu ajutorul diligen\u0163elor trase de cai care circulau pe drumul de po\u015ft\u01ce, iar \u00eentre\u0163inerea cailor, olacilor (curier special), c\u01cedea \u00een sarcina popula\u0163iei cu dare \u00een natur\u01ce.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0 \u00cen secolul XVI-lea, serviciul po\u015ftal era subordonat marelui postelnic \u015fi a \u00eenceput s\u01ce transporte pe l\u00e2ng\u01ce coresponden\u0163\u01ce \u015fi persoane. Alexandru Ipsilanti, \u00een 1775, a organizat serviciul po\u015ftal condus de un c\u01cepitan, care r\u01cespundea de \u00eentre\u0163inerea cl\u01cedirilor, releurilor (drum de po\u015ft\u01ce) \u015fi a cailor de olac.\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/adevarul.ro\/assets\/adevarul.ro\/MRImage\/2020\/10\/18\/5f8c2d105163ec4271ffc631\/646x404.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Foto: C.S. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La 1811, jude\u0163ul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a a dat un num\u01cer important de surugii serviciului po\u015ftal. Localit\u01ceIile T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte \u015fi G\u01cee\u015fti erau considerate, la \u00eenceputul secolului al XIX-lea, \u201esta\u0163iuni\u201d importante \u00een cursele de po\u015ft\u01ce, spre Austria, fiecare sta\u0163ie era deservit\u01ce de 24 cai de po\u015ft\u01ce \u015fi respectiv 40 cai.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00cen 1834, existau dou\u01ce drumuri de po\u015ft\u01ce care str\u01ceb\u01ceteau jude\u0163ul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a, ambele numite \u201eDrumul cel mare al Olacului\u201d; Bucure\u015fti-T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte-C\u00e2mpulung-Bra\u015fov (1) \u015fi Bucure\u015fti-G\u01cee\u015fti-Pite\u015fti (2) cu ramifica\u0163ii spre Or\u015fova, T\u00e2rgu Jiu-V\u00e2lcea \u015fi Curtea de Arge\u015f.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sursa;adevarul<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edificiul se p\u0103streaz\u0103 bine \u015fi este folosit \u015fi ast\u0103zi, purt\u00e2nd \u00een continuare denumirea \u201ePo\u015fta veche\u201d.
