O carne fiart\u0103 cu usturoi, un fel de rasol consumat cu tot cu zeam\u0103. La piftie nu folosim buc\u0103\u021bi nobile de carne, ci buc\u0103\u021bi de categoria a doua: picioare, urechi de porc sau tac\u00e2muri de curcan. Important este s\u0103 aib\u0103 zg\u00e2rciuri, oase \u0219i \u0219orici, adic\u0103 mult\u0103 gelatin\u0103 \u0219i pu\u021bin\u0103 carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nici gr\u0103sime nu prea avem \u00een piftie, iar dac\u0103 exist\u0103 se ridic\u0103 la suprafa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i poate fi \u00eendep\u0103rtat\u0103 dup\u0103 ce s-a r\u0103cit. Con\u021bine sub 3% gr\u0103sime, aproape 5% proteine, mult\u0103 ap\u0103 \u0219i colagen, totul cu 30cal\/100g. \u0102sta preparat de sl\u0103bit! Zeama \u00eent\u0103rit\u0103 sub form\u0103 de gelatin\u0103 e bogat\u0103 \u00een colagen \u0219i concentrat\u0103 \u00een calciu, deci piftia poate fi preparatul ideal pentru osteoporoz\u0103 \u0219i probleme articulare.
