Acesta se \u00eentinde pe o distan\u021b\u0103 de aproximativ 5 kilometri \u0219i va asigura leg\u0103tura esen\u021bial\u0103 dintre Cluj-Napoca \u0219i Autostrada Transilvania (A3), elimin\u00e2nd astfel din traseu municipiul Turda dar \u0219i intrarea \u00een Cluj Napoca prin Gil\u0103u-Flore\u0219ti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile sunt deja \u00een plin\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urare \u00een zona kilometrului 22, iar inten\u021bia este de a direc\u021biona traficul greu dinspre autostrad\u0103 c\u0103tre nordul \u021b\u0103rii prin DN1 iar mai apoi pe centura V\u00e2lcele- Apahida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investi\u021bia, \u00een valoare de 528 milioane de lei, este realizat\u0103 de o asociere de firme condus\u0103 de Dimex 2000, cu care CNAIR a semnat contractul \u00een luna iulie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd va fi finalizat drumul expres \u00eentre A3 \u0219i DN1-Tureni<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Constructorul are termen de finalizare 18 luni, av\u00e2nd astfel un orizont p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een februarie 2025 pentru finalizarea proiectului. Drumul expres are poten\u021bialul de a decongestiona semnificativ \u0219i alte zone din Cluj Napoca cum ar fi Baciu, Bulevardul Muncii \u0219i Apahida, precum \u0219i traficul dintre Gil\u0103u \u0219i Cluj-Napoca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dTraficul greu care azi se descarc\u0103 de pe autostrada la Gil\u0103u \u2013 N\u0103d\u0103\u0219el \u0219i pleac\u0103 \u00een direc\u021bia Maramure\u0219 sau Bistri\u021ba va ocoli municipiul Cluj-Napoca utiliz\u00e2nd drumul expres nou propus \u00een zona Tureni \u0219i centura ocolitoare V\u00e2lcele \u2013 Apahida\u201d, a explicat primarul Emil Boc .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drum mai u\u0219or de la Alba Iulia spre aeroportul din Cluj. Turda va fi scoas\u0103 din traseu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alta parte \u0219oferii din Alba care merg spre aeroportul Cluj sau \u00een zona central\u0103 a municipiului Cluj Napoca nu vor mai trebui s\u0103 intre prin Turda pentru a intra \u00een Cluj prin Feleacul sau s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la centura V\u00e2lcele- Apahida, ci \u00ee\u0219i vor putea continua drumul pe autostrada A3, apoi pe noul drum expres care se va lega \u00een DN1.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/alba24.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/drum-expres-tureni-1024x685.jpg?resize=800%2C535&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-997693\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce probleme pot \u00eent\u00e2rzia finalizarea lucr\u0103rii<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lungimea Drumului Expres este de 4,9 kilometri, iar al\u021bi 10 kilometri reprezint\u0103 lungimea bretelelor de la nodurile A3 \u0219i DN 1 (bretelele vor avea dou\u0103 benzi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Profilul este de drum expres cu o l\u0103\u021bime a benzii de circula\u021bie de 3,5 metri, un acostament lat de 2,25 metri \u0219i spa\u021biu median de 3 metri l\u0103\u021bime unde se monteaz\u0103 separatoarele de sens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt prev\u0103zute 7 poduri \u0219i viaducte din care cel mai lung va fi la kilometrul 4 peste Valea Racilor, un viaduct cu 6 deschideri \u0219i o lungime total\u0103 de 258 de metri din care tablierul are 246 metri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A doua structur\u0103 ca lungime este un pasaj peste Drumul Jude\u021bean 103 Z, pod de \u00eencruci\u0219are cu o lungime de 158 metri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Termenul de finalizare pentru lucr\u0103rile la drumul expres este februarie 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, pot exista \u0219i probleme care pot \u00eent\u00e2rzia finalizarea lucr\u0103rilor.
