{"id":104157,"date":"2023-10-25T10:00:15","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T07:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=104157"},"modified":"2023-10-25T10:00:17","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T07:00:17","slug":"cum-trec-unii-soferi-de-inspectia-tehnica-desi-au-probleme-la-masina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realitatearutiera.ro\/?p=104157","title":{"rendered":"Cum trec unii \u0219oferi de inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 de\u0219i au probleme la ma\u0219in\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pe str\u0103zile din Rom\u00e2nia circul\u0103 numeroase ma\u0219ini cu defecte majore sau periculoase, iar unele chiar au trecut recent de inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103, ceea ce te poate face s\u0103 crezi c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 se mai poate da \u0219pag\u0103 la ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, toate ma\u0219inile care circul\u0103 pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/este-obligatorie-casca-pentru-biciclisti-ce-obligatii-au-cei-care-circula-cu-bicicleta-pe-drumurile-publice-19217667\">drumurile<\/a>&nbsp;din Rom\u00e2nia trebuie s\u0103 fie supuse unei inspec\u021bii tehnice periodice (ITP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 inspec\u021bie e menit\u0103 s\u0103 certifice c\u0103 ma\u0219ina nu are defecte majore sau periculoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cel mult 3 ani, trebuie ITP trebuie efectuat din nou. \u0218i ma\u0219inile care au defecte la sistemele de iluminare, de fr\u00e2nare sau direc\u021bie, de exemplu, sunt respinse. Teoretic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum po\u021bi trece de inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a trece de inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103, ma\u0219ina trebuie s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 probleme majore sau periculoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defectele constatate la verificarea ITP se \u00eempart \u00een:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>minore \u2013 zg\u00e2rieturi, cr\u0103p\u0103turi fine, mici \u00eendoituri, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>majore \u2013 sistem de iluminare par\u021bial func\u021bionale, fr\u00e2nare ineficient\u0103, semne ale unui accident, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>periculoase \u2013 sistem de direc\u021bie cu probleme, sistem de fr\u00e2nare cu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cat-poti-merge-cu-masina-dupa-ce-s-a-aprins-check-engine-ce-probleme-semnaleaza-acest-martor-19216050\">probleme<\/a>, sistem de iluminare nefunc\u021bional, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u021bi ob\u021bine drept de circula\u021bie dac\u0103 problemele constatate sunt minore. Ma\u0219inile care au probleme majore sau periculoase nu trec de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cat-timp-poti-circula-cu-itp-expirat-cand-trebuie-facuta-inspectia-tehnica-periodica-19219246\">ITP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se mai poate da \u0219pag\u0103 la ITP?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i, teoretic, ma\u0219inile cu probleme nu primesc drept de circula\u021bie, practica demonstreaz\u0103, de multe ori, contrariul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peste 44% dintre vehiculele controlate \u00een trafic \u00een primele \u0219ase luni din 2023 au avut deficien\u021be tehnice majore sau periculoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform unui comunicat al Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n, cele mai multe defecte constatate au fost la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>instala\u0163ia electric\u0103 de iluminare-semnalizare (27,54%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emisiile poluante (22,1%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pun\u0163i, jante, anvelope \u015fi suspensie (13,04%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vizibilitate (12,81%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u015fasiu \u015fi elemente ata\u015fate \u015fasiului (11,08%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 aceste ma\u0219ini aveau, totu\u0219i, inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 valabil\u0103, te poate face s\u0103 crezi c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 se mai poate da \u0219pag\u0103 la ITP. Iar m\u0103rturiile unor \u0219oferi confirm\u0103 asta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Aveam emisii prea mari de noxe \u0219i nu m\u0103 \u00eencadram \u00een norma respectiv\u0103. Am dat 150 sau 200 de lei mecanicului, ca s\u0103 m\u0103 ajute s\u0103 trec<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, a declarat pentru ProMotor, sub rezerva anonimatului, o doamn\u0103 din jude\u021bul Prahova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Mi s-a defectat filtrul de particule \u0219i unul nou cost\u0103 peste 2.000 de lei. Am apelat la o cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103, i-am dat 300 de lei, \u0219i m-a ajutat s\u0103 trec de ITP<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, a recunoscut \u0219i un t\u00e2n\u0103r din Bucure\u0219ti, care a dorit, de asemenea, s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 anonim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 expir\u0103 ITP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ace\u0219ti doi \u0219oferi, la fel ca mul\u021bi al\u021bii, probabil, au apelat la aceast\u0103 modalitate pentru a putea circula \u00een continuare cu ma\u0219ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legea stabile\u0219te c\u0103 se suspend\u0103 automat \u00eenmatricularea unei ma\u0219ini \u00een momentul \u00een care \u00eei expir\u0103 inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103, din acel moment, \u0219oferul conducere o ma\u0219in\u0103 ne\u00eenmatriculat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar cei care circul\u0103 cu o ma\u0219in\u0103 care are&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/lucruri-de-care-sa-tii-cont-cand-duci-masina-la-itp-cum-sa-te-asiguri-ca-treci-cu-brio-testul-19189419\">ITP<\/a>&nbsp;expirat, risc\u0103 s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 dou\u0103 amenzi, cu o valoare cumulat\u0103 de aproape 6.000 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima amend\u0103 e pentru conducerea unui autoturism f\u0103r\u0103 ITP valabil: \u00eentre 1.305 lei \u015fi 2.900 lei. Iar cea de-a doua, pentru conducerea unei ma\u0219ini a c\u0103rei&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/inmatricularea-si-declararea-fiscala-a-masinilor-vor-putea-fi-efectuate-online-19181381\">\u00eenmatriculare<\/a>&nbsp;a fost suspendat\u0103, pentru care amenda e de 2.900 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, se suspend\u0103 pe loc dreptul de circula\u021bie pentru respectivul autovehicul, se re\u021bin talonul \u0219i pl\u0103cu\u021bele de \u00eenmatriculare ale ma\u0219ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, mult mai aspr\u0103 este pedeapsa pentru corup\u021bie. \u0218oferii care dau \u0219pag\u0103 pentru a trece de ITP, risc\u0103 \u00eentre 2 \u0219i 7 ani de \u00eenchisoare.
