Dar sunt situa\u021bii c\u00e2nd po\u021bi efectua dep\u0103\u0219irea prin dreapta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cei care \u00eencalc\u0103 regulile din&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/codul-rutier-ai-voie-sa-dai-flash-uri-si-claxoane-in-trafic-in-ce-situatii-poti-folosi-aceste-semnale-19236327\">trafic<\/a>&nbsp;risc\u0103 amenzi ustur\u0103toare \u0219i chiar suspendarea carnetului de conducere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dintre principalele reguli, c\u00e2nd efectuezi o dep\u0103\u0219ire, este s\u0103 respec\u021bi marcajul de pe \u0219osea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se efectueaz\u0103 corect o dep\u0103\u0219ire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dep\u0103\u0219irea poate fi efectuat\u0103 numai daca marcajul alb care desparte benzile \u00eentre ele este \u00eentrerupt\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, nu vom efectua niciodat\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219irea \u00eenc\u0103lc\u00e2nd linia continu\u0103 de pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/reincep-lucrarile-la-carosabil-pe-autostrada-a2-urmeaza-trei-luni-de-haos-18825620\">carosabil<\/a>. \u0218i, cu at\u00e2t mai pu\u021bin, linia dubl\u0103 continu\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit Codului Rutier, \u0219oferii care vor s\u0103 se \u00eenscrie \u00eentr-o dep\u0103\u0219ire sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 respecte urm\u0103toarele reguli:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 semnalizeze inten\u021bia de efectuare a dep\u0103\u0219irii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 \u0219oferul din spate sau din fa\u021b\u0103 nu a semnalizat, la r\u00e2ndul lui, intrarea \u00een dep\u0103\u0219ire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 p\u0103streze \u00een timpul dep\u0103\u0219irii o distan\u021b\u0103 lateral\u0103 suficient\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de vehiculul dep\u0103\u0219it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 reintre pe banda sau \u00een \u0219irul de circula\u021bie ini\u021bial dup\u0103 ce a semnalizat \u0219i s-a asigurat c\u0103 poate efectua aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 \u00een condi\u021bii de siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/minivacanta-conducatori-auto-18941771\">conduc\u0103torii<\/a>&nbsp;auto care dep\u0103\u0219esc trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 nu pun \u00een pericol \u0219i nici nu \u00eencurc\u0103 circula\u021bia din sens opus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate aceste manevre descrise mai sus se fac aproape concomitent sau la o distan\u021b\u0103 foarte mic\u0103 de timp una fa\u021b\u0103 de cealalt\u0103. De aceea, dep\u0103\u0219irea este una dintre cele mai periculoase manevre din trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Noi reguli pentru dep\u0103\u0219irea bicicletelor \u0219i trotinetelor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen legisla\u021bia rutier\u0103 au fost introduse noi reguli privind dep\u0103\u0219irea bicicletelor \u0219i trotinetelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, \u0219oferii care vor s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 aceste vehicule trebuie s\u0103 calce cu ro\u021bile marcajul dintre sensuri sau dintre benzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 au vitez\u0103 mai mare, ace\u0219tia sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 treac\u0103 peste marcaj cu jum\u0103tate de ma\u0219in\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar dac\u0103 linia dintre benzi sau dintre sensuri este continua, \u0219oferii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i continue deplasarea \u00een spatele bicicletelor sau trotinetelor aflate \u00een trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd po\u021bi efectua dep\u0103\u0219irea prin dreapta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen general, un \u0219ofer poate efectua dep\u0103\u0219irea numai prin partea st\u00e2ng\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een trei moduri, toate fiind stipulate \u00een Codul Rutier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pe contrasens, \u00een cazul drumurilor cu o singur\u0103 band\u0103 pe sens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe banda 2, 3, 4, etc., \u00een cazul drumurilor \u0219i autostr\u0103zilor prev\u0103zute cu cel pu\u021bin 2 benzi pe sens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe banda din mijloc, \u00een cazul drumurilor cu o band\u0103 dedicat\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219irii pentru vehiculele din ambele sensuri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 doar situa\u021bii prev\u0103zute \u00een lege&nbsp; care permit dep\u0103\u0219irea prin dreapta a unui alt vehicul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la dep\u0103\u0219irea tramvaielor, care se face, de regul\u0103, prin dreapta; dep\u0103\u0219irea acestora prin st\u00e2nga se face numai pe o strad\u0103 cu sens unic sau c\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 suficient spa\u021biu de dep\u0103\u0219ire prin dreapta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u00e2nd drumul este prev\u0103zut cu cel pu\u021bin 2 benzi pe sens, iar vehiculul care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie dep\u0103\u0219it circula pe banda din mijloc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, poate fi dep\u0103\u0219it prin dreapta un vehicul care e oprit aproape de mijlocul drumului pentru a efectua un viraj la st\u00e2nga. \u00cens\u0103 aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie e permis\u0103 doar dac\u0103 drumul e suficient de lat, iar \u0219i marcajul \u0219i indicatoarele rutiere permit efectuarea dep\u0103\u0219irii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amenzi ustur\u0103toare pentru \u0219oferii care nu respect\u0103 regulile de dep\u0103\u0219ire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier \u00eencadreaz\u0103 nerespectarea regulilor de dep\u0103\u0219ire la clasa a II-a de sanc\u021biuni.
