Aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie se explic\u0103 prin faptul c\u0103 am avut \u00een jude\u021b anul trecut mai multe accidente deosebit de grave, soldate cu c\u00e2te 2, 3 sau chiar 4 mor\u021bi (un adev\u0103rat carnagiu a fost accidentul din august 2023, de la Dorna Candrenilor, \u00een care au murit patru tineri, membri ai Ansamblului \u201dFlorile Bucovinei\u201d R\u0103d\u0103u\u021bi).&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Suceava \u0219i&#8230; restul lumii \u00een acest top negru<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La mare distan\u021b\u0103 de Suceava \u00een acest clasament negru se afl\u0103 jude\u021bul Prahova (63 de deceda\u021bi, fa\u021b\u0103 de 81 la Suceava) \u0219i Dolj &#8211; 60 de mor\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen jude\u021bul vecin Boto\u0219ani au murit \u00een accidente doar 15 persoane, \u00een timp ce la Ia\u0219i &#8211; 55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despre cauze \u0219i explica\u021bii se pot face o mul\u021bime de specula\u021bii \u0219i acuze. Este adev\u0103rat c\u0103 infrastructura este precar\u0103 \u0219i \u00een multe localit\u0103\u021bi tranzitate de drumuri na\u021bionale lipsesc trotuarele, este adev\u0103rat c\u0103 avem multe drumuri \u00eenguste \u0219i periculoase, \u00eens\u0103 marea problem\u0103 pare a fi lipsa educa\u021biei rutiere \u0219i incon\u0219tien\u021ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cifrele nu sunt \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103toare, realitatea fiind c\u0103 se circul\u0103 cu viteze prea mari, se fac dep\u0103\u0219iri la limit\u0103, iar alcoolul \u0219i mai nou drogurile la volan sunt o constant\u0103 zilnic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen multe cazuri s-a demonstrat c\u0103 dezvoltarea infrastructurii nu aduce o sc\u0103dere a num\u0103rului de accidente, din contr\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drumuri comunale asfaltate de prin localit\u0103\u021bi rurale au fost transformate de \u0219oferi teribili\u0219ti \u00een adev\u0103rate piste de curse.
