Dar, pot fi sanc\u021biona\u021bi \u0219oferii care merg pe aceast\u0103 band\u0103 nejustificat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier stabile\u0219te regulile pe care to\u021bi \u0219oferii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 le urmeze, inclusiv modul \u00een care trebuie folosite benzile de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/astazi-va-fi-deschiza-circlulatia-pe-lotul-2-al-autostrazii-de-centura-bucuresti-a0-19233488\">circula\u021bie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, conform legii, toate vehiculele sunt obligate s\u0103 circule pe prima band\u0103 a oric\u0103rui tip de drum. \u0218i doar c\u00e2nd intr\u0103 \u00een dep\u0103\u0219ire au dreptul s\u0103 ruleze pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/circulatia-in-sensul-giratoriu-dupa-modificarile-din-codul-rutier-cum-se-schimba-benzile-cum-se-acorda-prioritate-si-cum-semnalizezi-corect-video-19171207\">banda<\/a>&nbsp;2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai voie s\u0103 circuli pe banda 2 dac\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti alt vehicul?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>C\u00e2nd circula\u021bia se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 pe dou\u0103 sau mai multe benzi pe sens, acestea se folosesc de c\u0103tre conduc\u0103torii de vehicule \u00een func\u021bie de intensitatea traficului \u0219i viteza de deplasare, av\u00e2nd obliga\u021bia s\u0103 revin\u0103 pe prima band\u0103 ori de c\u00e2te ori acest lucru este posibil, dac\u0103 aceasta nu este destinat\u0103 vehiculelor lente sau transportului public de persoane<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se stabile\u0219te prin Art. 42 din Codul Rutier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, banda 2 trebuie folosit\u0103 doar de vehiculele care se afl\u0103 \u00een dep\u0103\u0219ire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 drumul e liber, \u0219oferii nu au voie s\u0103 circule dec\u00e2t pe banda 1. \u0218i numai \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care administratorul drumului a stabilit viteze minime de deplasare pentru fiecare band\u0103, atunci \u0219oferii pot s\u0103 se \u00eencadreze pe alt\u0103 band\u0103, corespunz\u0103toare vitezei pe care o au.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amend\u0103 pentru \u0219oferii care circul\u0103 neregulamentar pe banda a doua<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poli\u021bia are posibilitatea de a-i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ai-voie-sa-depasesti-un-utilaj-de-deszapezire-amenda-si-permis-retinut-daca-faci-asta-19248645\">amenda<\/a>&nbsp;pe \u0219oferii care circul\u0103 neregulamentar pe banda a doua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Constituie contraven\u021bie \u0219i se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a III-a de sanc\u021biuni [\u2026] nerespectarea regulilor privind circula\u021bia pe benzi<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een Art. 101 (1) din legea circula\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, conduc\u0103torii auto care circul\u0103 pe banda 2, c\u00e2nd banda 1 e liber\u0103, risc\u0103 \u00eentre 6 \u0219i 8 puncte de amend\u0103. Ceea ce reprezint\u0103 o sanc\u021biune cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 990 de lei \u0219i 1.320 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2024: Clase de sanc\u021biuni \u0219i amend\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Din 2024, punctul de amend\u0103 reprezint 5% din salariul minim pe economie. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 valoarea acestuia este, \u00een prezent, 165 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, exist\u0103 cinci clase de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/modificari-ale-codului-rutier-in-2024-reguli-noi-si-sanctiuni-mai-aspre-pentru-toti-soferii-19231996\">sanc\u021biuni<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>clasa I (2-3 puncte-amend\u0103): 330 \u2013 495 lei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clasa a II-a (4-5 puncte-amend\u0103): 660 \u2013 825 lei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clasa a III-a (6-8 puncte-amend\u0103): 990 \u2013 1.320 lei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clasa a IV-a (9-20 de puncte-amend\u0103): 1.485 \u2013 3.300 lei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clasa a V-a (21-100 de puncte-amend\u0103): 3.465 \u2013 16.500 lei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Practic, cea mai mic\u0103 amend\u0103 pe care o poate primi un \u0219ofer este de 330 lei.
