Aceast\u0103 prevedere a fost eliminat\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, iar acum nu mai conteaz\u0103 luna sau perioada din an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Constituie contraven\u021bie \u0219i se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a IV-a de sanc\u021biuni [\u2026] conducerea autovehiculului pe drumurile publice acoperite cu z\u0103pad\u0103, ghea\u021b\u0103 sau polei, f\u0103r\u0103 ca acesta s\u0103 fie echipat cu anvelope de iarn\u0103<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een Art. 102, alin 6.1, din legea 195\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, indiferent c\u0103 e var\u0103 sau iarn\u0103, \u0219oferii pot fi sanc\u021biona\u021bi dac\u0103 nu au montate&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-amenda-pentru-soferii-care-nu-inlocuiesc-la-timp-anvelopele-de-iarna-sanctiunile-depasesc-3-000-de-lei-19253593\">anvelope<\/a>&nbsp;de iarn\u0103 \u0219i circul\u0103 pe un drum cu z\u0103pad\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deci, nu exist\u0103 o lun\u0103 anume \u00een care ar trebui montate anvelopele de iarn\u0103 sau cele de var\u0103. \u00cen general, atunci c\u00e2nd temperaturile medii din timpul zile scad sub 7 grade Celsius, ar trebui s\u0103 folosim cauciucurile de iarn\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar c\u00e2nd temperatura e peste 7 grade Celsius, ar fi indicat s\u0103 mont\u0103m anvelopele de var\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum verifici nivelul de uzur\u0103 al anvelopei<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indiferent c\u0103 sunt de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/este-legal-sa-folosesti-iarna-anvelope-diferite-sau-trebuie-sa-fie-toate-la-fel-ce-prevede-codul-rutier-19235646\">iarn\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;sau de var\u0103, anvelopele trebuie s\u0103 nu fie uzate mai mult dec\u00e2t prevede lege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nivelul de uzur\u0103 al anvelopelor poate fi determinat printr-o simpl\u0103 verificare vizual\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 aparate de specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel mai important indicator al uzurii unui pneu este banda de rulare a acestuia.
