Iat\u0103 cum se face ITP la autovehicule mai vechi de 10 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valabilitatea Inspec\u021biei Tehnice Periodice (ITP) variaz\u0103 de la 1 la 3 ani, \u00een func\u021bie de vechimea autovehiculului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u0219inile noi pot circula 3 ani f\u0103r\u0103 ca proprietarii acestora s\u0103 aib\u0103 obliga\u021bia de a face&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/utile\/verificare-itp-cum-poti-vedea-online-valabilitatea-inspectiei-18277108\">ITP-ul<\/a>. Dar cele construite \u00eenainte de anul 2012, de exemplu, trebuie s\u0103 fie inspectate anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La c\u00e2t timp se face ITP-ul?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, ma\u0219inile noi nu trebuie s\u0103 fac\u0103 inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 dec\u00e2t dup\u0103 3 ani de la data \u00eenmatricul\u0103rii. Dar, dup\u0103 ce au trecut de primul ITP, urm\u0103torul va trebui f\u0103cut mai repede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ma\u0219inile care au peste 3 ani de la data primei&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/inmatricularile-de-autoturisme-noi-au-crescut-in-primele-noua-luni-ale-anului-care-sunt-marcile-cele-mai-dorite-de-clientii-romani-19220379\">\u00eenmatricul\u0103ri<\/a>, dar mai pu\u021bin de 12 de c\u00e2nd se afl\u0103 \u00een circula\u021bie, ITP are o valabilitate de 2 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar la vehiculele care au peste 12 ani, ITP este valabil doar 12 luni. Deci, trebuie ref\u0103cut anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valabilitatea ITP este trecut\u0103 pe talon sub forma ZI-LUN\u0102-AN. De exemplu: 30.01.2024, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 inspec\u021bia este valabil\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la acea dat\u0103, inclusiv \u00een ziua specificat\u0103 pe certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ITP la autovehicule mai vechi de 10 ani<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Valabilitatea ITP la autovehicule mai vechi de 10 ani este de 2 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modul \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 inspec\u021bia nu difer\u0103 de cea f\u0103cut\u0103 la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/itp-2023-cand-esti-obligat-sa-duci-autoturismul-la-rar-pentru-itp-actele-de-care-ai-nevoie-19233098\">ma\u0219inile<\/a>&nbsp;mai noi. \u00cens\u0103, pot ap\u0103rea mai multe probleme privind noxele, sistemul de direc\u021bie, de fr\u00e2nare sau de iluminare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar dac\u0103 vehiculul nu va respecta normele minimale impuse de lege, nu va primi drept de circula\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce verific\u0103ri ar trebui s\u0103 faci \u00eenainte de ITP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte de a efectua Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103, verific\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discurile \u0219i pl\u0103cu\u021bele de fr\u00e2n\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sa aib\u0103 suficient material de fric\u021biune \u0219i s\u0103 nu fie cr\u0103pate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conductele de fr\u00e2n\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 segmente ruginite sau deteriorate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direc\u021bia:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 fie reglat\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toate problemele s\u0103 fie rezolvate (buc\u0219\u0103, pivot, cap de bar\u0103, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anvelopele:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 corespund\u0103 dimensiunilor specificate \u00een cartea de identitate a ma\u0219inii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 nu fie uzate peste limita maxim\u0103 admis\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caroseria \u0219i zonele de sub ma\u0219in\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nici caroseria, nici alte componente nu trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 zone ruginite, care pot pune \u00een pericol structura vehiculului<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistemul de iluminare:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>trebuie s\u0103 te asiguri c\u0103 toate luminile sunt func\u021bionale (faz\u0103 lung\u0103 \u0219i scurt\u0103, pozi\u021bie, semnalizare, lumini num\u0103r, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jantele \u0219i pneurile:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jantele \u0219i pneurile nu trebuie s\u0103 fie deteriorate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ad\u00e2ncimea benzii de rulare a pneurilor este de cel pu\u021bin 2 milimetri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parbrizul:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 nu existe cr\u0103p\u0103turi pe suprafa\u021ba parbrizului<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uleiul de motor \u0219i filtrele:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>este indicat ca, \u00eenainte de ITP, s\u0103 faci schimbul de filtre \u0219i de ulei, pentru ca emisiile de noxe s\u0103 fie minime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claxonul:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vehiculele care nu au un claxon func\u021bional, nu trec de testele ITP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kit-ul de siguran\u021b\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>trusa de prim ajutor (trebuie s\u0103 fie omologat\u0103 \u0219i \u00een termenul de valabilitate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>setul de triunghiuri reflectorizante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sting\u0103tor (s\u0103 fie omologat \u0219i \u00een termenul de valabilitate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vesta reflectorizant\u0103 (doar pentru vehiculele de peste 3.5 tone).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defec\u021biuni din cauza c\u0103rora nu treci ITP-ul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, defectele constatate la verificarea ITP se \u00eempart \u00een:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>minore (zg\u00e2rieturi, cr\u0103p\u0103turi fine, mici \u00eendoituri, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>majore (sistemul de iluminare, fr\u00e2nare ineficient\u0103, semne ale unui accident, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>periculoase (sistem de direc\u021bie cu probleme, sistem de fr\u00e2nare cu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cat-poti-merge-cu-masina-dupa-ce-s-a-aprins-check-engine-ce-probleme-semnaleaza-acest-martor-19216050\">probleme<\/a>, sistem de iluminare nefunc\u021bional, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 la o ma\u0219in\u0103 se constat\u0103 defecte majore sau&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cele-mai-periculoase-masini-modelele-in-care-s-au-inregistrat-cele-mai-multe-decese-video-19218644\">periculoase<\/a>, nu va primi dreptul de circula\u021bie \u0219i va fi declarat \u201eRESPINS\u201d la ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta va fi reprogramat pentru o nou\u0103 inspec\u021bie dup\u0103 30 de zile, timp \u00een care proprietarul are obliga\u021bia de a remedia problemele, altfel va fi din nou respins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t cost\u0103 ITP \u00een 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Costul ITP variaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de tipul de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/piata-auto-din-romania-continua-sa-creasca-peste-18-000-de-autovehicule-inmatriculate-in-iunie-19192173\">vehicul<\/a>&nbsp;pentru care se efectueaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 inspec\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen general, costul este cuprins \u00eentre 100 \u0219i 250 de lei, \u00een func\u021bie de c\u00e2t percepe fiecare sta\u021bie service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru un autoturism de clas\u0103 mic\u0103 sau medie, de exemplu, costul ITP porne\u0219te de la 120-130 de lei, pentru o ma\u0219in\u0103 pe benzin\u0103. Iar la un vehicul diesel, costul e de la 150-160 de lei, \u00een sus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acte necesare pentru efectuarea Inspec\u021biei Tehnice Periodice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cat-costa-itp-in-2024-ce-acte-sunt-obligatorii-pentru-a-primi-drept-de-circulatie-cu-o-masina-veche-19245544\">Actele<\/a>&nbsp;necesare pentru efectuarea ITP \u00een 2024 sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare al autovehiculului (talonul auto)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>actul de identitate al conduc\u0103torului auto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poli\u021ba RCA valabil\u0103 la data inspec\u021biei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cartea de identitate a autovehiculului (CIV). \u00cen cazul \u00een care proprietarul este o societate de leasing, se accept\u0103 o copie \u0219tampilat\u0103 a CIV \u0219tampilat\u0103, cu men\u021biunea \u201econform cu originalul\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste documente sunt necesare pentru orice tip de vehicul, indiferent c\u00e2t este de vechi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2nd e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 duci autoturismul la RAR pentru ITP?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt dou\u0103 situa\u021bii \u00een care un \u0219ofer poate ajunge la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/itp-2023-cand-esti-obligat-sa-duci-autoturismul-la-rar-pentru-itp-actele-de-care-ai-nevoie-19233098\">Registrul<\/a>&nbsp;Auto Rom\u00e2n pentru ITP. Fie conduc\u0103torul auto alege s\u0103 efectueze inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 la sediul regional RAR, fie este obligat s\u0103 demonstreze c\u0103 a remediat o defec\u021biune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De exemplu, dac\u0103 o ma\u0219in\u0103 este descoperit\u0103 \u00een trafic cu defec\u021biuni la sistemele de siguran\u021b\u0103 va avea dreptul de circula\u021bie suspendat p\u00e2n\u0103 la remedierea defec\u021biunilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certificarea remedierii acestor defec\u021biuni se va putea face exclusiv \u00eentr-o sta\u021bie ITP a Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sau, dac\u0103 o ma\u0219in\u0103 este descoperit\u0103 \u00een trafic cu ITP expirat, nu va mai putea \u00eennoi ITP la o sta\u021bie independent\u0103. Astfel, \u0219oferul este obligat s\u0103 duc\u0103 autoturismul la o sta\u021bie RAR pentru efectuarea ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t timp po\u021bi circula cu ITP expirat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Legea stabile\u0219te c\u0103 toate vehiculele care circul\u0103 pe drumurile publice din Rom\u00e2nia trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 valabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar \u00een momentul \u00een care ITP-ul a expirat, se suspend\u0103 automat \u00eenmatricularea&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/valabilitatea-itp-scade-la-6-luni-ce-categorii-de-autoturisme-sunt-afectate-de-noua-lege-19244429\">vehiculului<\/a>. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103, dac\u0103 un \u0219ofer circul\u0103 chiar \u0219i o zi av\u00e2nd ITP expirat, va \u00eenc\u0103lca dou\u0103 legi rutiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de-o parte, conduce o ma\u0219in\u0103 care nu are Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 valabil\u0103. Iar, pe de alt\u0103 parte, se afl\u0103 la volanul unui vehicul ne\u00eenmatriculat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 e\u0219ti prins cu ITP expirat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cei care uit\u0103 s\u0103 refac\u0103&nbsp;Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 sau o am\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i circul\u0103 cu ITP expirat, risc\u0103 s\u0103 fie amenda\u021bi de dou\u0103 ori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul \u00een care e\u0219ti prins cu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/lucruri-de-care-sa-tii-cont-cand-duci-masina-la-itp-cum-sa-te-asiguri-ca-treci-cu-brio-testul-19189419\">ITP<\/a>&nbsp;expirat, ri\u0219ti s\u0103 prime\u0219ti amend\u0103 pentru conducerea unui autoturism f\u0103r\u0103 ITP valabil. Aceast\u0103 sanc\u021biune variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 1.485 lei \u015fi 3.300 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, \u0219oferii care circul\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 a avea ITP valabil vor fi sanc\u021biona\u021bi \u0219i pentru conducerea unei ma\u0219ini a c\u0103rei&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/inmatricularea-si-declararea-fiscala-a-masinilor-vor-putea-fi-efectuate-online-19181381\">\u00eenmatriculare<\/a>&nbsp;a fost suspendat\u0103. \u00cen acest caz amenda e de 3.300 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, dac\u0103 e\u0219ti prins cu ITP expirat, amenda total\u0103 poate ajunge la 6.600 lei. \u00cen plus, se suspend\u0103 pe loc dreptul de circula\u021bie pentru respectivul autovehicul.
