Acestea sunt amplasate at\u00e2t \u00een interiorul localit\u0103\u021bilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i pe drumurile jude\u021bene, na\u021bionale sau chiar pe autostr\u0103zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rolul unui sens giratoriu este de a fluidiza circula\u021bia \u00eentr-o intersec\u021bie \u0219i a preveni formarea de ambuteiaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O nou\u0103 regul\u0103 de circula\u021bie \u00een sensul giratoriu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent exist\u0103 sensuri giratorii cu 2, 3, chiar 4 benzi de circula\u021bie. Aceste benzi, chiar dac\u0103 sunt circulare, \u00eei oblig\u0103 pe \u0219oferi s\u0103 respecte aceea\u0219i regul\u0103 ca \u00een cazul celor de pe drumurile drepte.Playvolume<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adic\u0103, s\u0103 semnalizeze c\u00e2nd trec de pe o banda pe alta \u0219i s\u0103 se \u00eencadreze doar dup\u0103 ce acord\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/la-ce-ne-obliga-semaforul-intermitent-daca-suntem-primii-din-coloana-19121451\">prioritate<\/a>&nbsp;celor afla\u021bi pe acea band\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i chiar dac\u0103 regula general\u0103 a sensului giratoriu s-a men\u021binut, iar cei afla\u021bi \u00een interiorul acestuia au prioritate, se aplic\u0103 acum \u0219i alte reguli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, cei afla\u021bi \u00een zona central\u0103 a giratoriului, deci pe banda cea mai apropiat\u0103 de mijlocul acestuia, trebuie s\u0103 semnalizeze \u0219i s\u0103 acorde prioritate celor care se afl\u0103 pe banda din dreapta lor, c\u00e2nd vor s\u0103 ias\u0103 din sensul giratoriu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cine are prioritate \u00een sensul giratoriu, conform Codului Rutier actualizat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier actualizat a fost modificat \u00een 2023 \u0219i stabile\u0219te cine are prioritate \u00een sensul giratoriu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>\u00cen cazul intersec\u021biilor cu sens giratoriu, conduc\u0103torii de vehicule trebuie s\u0103 respecte regulile privind circula\u021bia pe benzi, av\u00e2nd obliga\u021bia s\u0103 semnalizeze din timp p\u0103r\u0103sirea intersec\u021biei \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 o pot face f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 perturbe circula\u021bia sau s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u00een pericol siguran\u021ba celorlal\u021bi participan\u021bi la trafic<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se stabile\u0219te prin Art 107, pct. 1.1, din legea 195\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practic, atunci c\u00e2nd ne afl\u0103m \u00eentr-un sens giratoriu pe banda 2 \u0219i vrem s\u0103 ie\u0219im, d\u0103m semnal dreapta. \u0218i doar dup\u0103 ce ne asigur\u0103m c\u0103 nu circul\u0103 alt\u0103 ma\u0219in\u0103 pe banda 1 putem p\u0103r\u0103sim giratoriul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.promotor.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Sofer-politist-sens-giratoriu-8.jpg?w=800&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\u0218ofer poli\u021bist sens giratoriu (8)\" class=\"wp-image-18835166\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform graficului de mai sus, \u0219oferul ma\u0219inii de culoare portocalie (linie albastr\u0103) e obligat s\u0103 acorde prioritate ma\u0219inii de culoare verde (linia ro\u0219ie). Fiindc\u0103 efectueaz\u0103 o schimbare de band\u0103 pentru a ie\u0219i din sensul giratoriu, \u00een timp ce ma\u0219ina verde \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streaz\u0103 banda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Singura band\u0103 care are \u00eentotdeauna prioritate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Modificarea recent\u0103 adus\u0103 \u00een Codul Rutier privind circula\u021bia \u00een sensul giratoriu face ca o singur\u0103 band\u0103 s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna prioritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact, odat\u0103 ce un vehicul a p\u0103truns \u00een sensul giratoriu, doar dac\u0103 se afl\u0103 pe banda 1 se poate deplasa f\u0103r\u0103 a acorda prioritate altor vehicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Cel mai bine e s\u0103 te \u00eencadrezi pe banda 1 c\u00e2nd circuli \u00een sensul giratoriu. Astfel, po\u021bi p\u0103r\u0103si mai u\u0219or intersec\u021bia, indiferent c\u0103 vrei s\u0103 o faci pe la prima ie\u0219ire sau pe la a patra. Cei care circul\u0103 pe banda 2, de exemplu, trebuie s\u0103 acorde prioritate celor de pe banda 1. Iar cei de pe banda 3 celor de pe benzile 1 \u0219i 2. Oricum, ca&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/regula-fermoarului-sau-cum-putem-scapa-simplu-si-eficient-de-ambuteiaje-in-trafic-cu-video-19079365\">regul\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;general\u0103, to\u021bi \u0219oferii ar trebui s\u0103 se asigure, indiferent c\u0103 au prioritate sau nu, pentru c\u0103 doar a\u0219a po\u021bi preveni un accident. Iar aceasta s\u0103 fie marcat\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor, at\u00e2t pe \u0219osea c\u00e2t \u0219i cu un indicator distinctiv \u201eP\u201d.
