Una dintre m\u0103suri ar putea trimite direct la casat a ma\u0219inile mai vechi de 15 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uniunea European\u0103 a demarat programul \u201eGreen Deal\u201d, prin care a setat mai multe \u021binte ambi\u021bioase de reducere a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/masuri-radicale-pentru-limitarea-poluarii-taxa-de-mediu-interzicerea-masinilor-poluante-si-impozit-in-functie-de-poluare-18856288\">polu\u0103rii<\/a>&nbsp;la nivel comunitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una dintre m\u0103surile propuse este \u00eendep\u0103rtarea \u201ema\u0219inilor reziduale\u201d, pentru a reduce&nbsp;emisiile de carbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ma\u0219inile mai vechi de 15 ani, trimise la casat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cadrul pachetului de m\u0103suri \u201eFit for 55\u201d, parte a programului Green Deal, se propune eliminarea treptat\u0103 din circula\u021bie a autovehiculelor cu motoare cu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/bmw-isi-castiga-in-instanta-dreptul-de-a-produce-motoare-cu-ardere-interna-si-dupa-anul-2030-19146087\">ardere<\/a>&nbsp;intern\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiile arat\u0103 c\u0103 acestea sunt unele dintre cele mai mari surse de poluare a aerului. Mai exact, genereaz\u0103 aproximativ 15% din cantitatea total\u0103 de noxe, se arat\u0103 \u00een proiectul \u201eFit for 55\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u0219inile echipate cu motoare termice, care au o vechime mai mare de 15 ani, vor purta denumirea de \u201evehicule reziduale\u201d, scrie&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stiripesurse.ro\/uniunea-europeana-va-interzice-reparatiile-la-masinile-mai-vechi-de-15-ani_3246527.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stiripesurse.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul \u00een care un vehicul rezidual are o defec\u021biune major\u0103, acesta nu va mai primi drept de repara\u021bie. Practic, va fi trimis direct la casat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La categoria avarie major\u0103 intr\u0103 defec\u021biuni survenite la:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>motor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transmisie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sistemul de fr\u00e2nare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sistemul de direc\u021bie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce m\u0103suri vor fi impuse prin programul \u201eFit for 55\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Legea european\u0103 privind climatul \u00ee\u0219i propune reducerea emisiilor poluante cu cel pu\u021bin 55% p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030 \u00eentr-o obliga\u021bie legal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent, statele membre UE sunt \u00een proces de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/parlamentul-european-opreasca-vanzarea-masinilor-ardere-interna-hibrid-19048970\">elaborare<\/a>&nbsp;a unei noi legisla\u021bii pentru a atinge acest obiectiv \u0219i pentru a realiza neutralitatea climatic\u0103 a UE p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2050.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pachetul \u201eFit for 55\u201d reprezint\u0103 un ansamblu de propuneri menite s\u0103 revizuiasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 actualizeze legisla\u021bia UE. De asemenea,urm\u0103re\u0219te implementarea unor noi ini\u021biative \u00een vederea asigur\u0103rii conformit\u0103\u021bii politicilor UE cu obiectivele climatice stabilite de c\u0103tre Consiliul \u0219i Parlamentul European.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest pachet de propuneri \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ofere un cadru coerent \u0219i echilibrat pentru atingerea obiectivelor UE \u00een domeniul climatic, care s\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>asigure o tranzi\u021bie just\u0103 \u0219i echitabil\u0103 din punct de vedere social;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>men\u021bin\u0103 \u0219i \u00eent\u0103reasc\u0103 inova\u021bia \u0219i competitivitatea industriei UE, garant\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp condi\u021bii echitabile pentru operatorii economici din \u021b\u0103ri ter\u021be;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sprijine pozi\u021bia UE ca lider \u00een lupta global\u0103 \u00eempotriva schimb\u0103rilor climatice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Propunerile din cadrul pachetului Fit for 55 au fost ini\u021bial prezentate \u0219i discutate la nivel\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-este-valabila-inspectia-tehnica-periodica-in-ultima-zi-ce-patesti-daca-esti-prins-cu-itp-expirat-de-15-zile-19232538\">tehnic<\/a>\u00a0\u00een cadrul grupurilor de lucru ale Consiliului responsabile pentru domeniul de politic\u0103 relevant.
