\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Autostrada Timi\u0219oara -Moravi\u021ba are o lungime proiectat\u0103 de 73 kilometri \u0219i include punctul de trecere a frontierei de la Moravi\u021ba-Vatin cu Republica Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractul pentru Studiu de Fezabilitate \u0219i Proiect Tehnic a fost semnat \u00een 2020 cu Asocierea Search-Egis \u0219i avea termen ini\u021bial de finalizare mai 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>,,Agen\u0163ia pentru Protec\u0163ia Mediului Timi\u0219 a luat decizia de emitere a acordului de mediu, pentru proiectul \u201cAUTOSTRADA TIMI\u0218OARA-MORAVI\u021aA\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin prezenta v\u0103 inform\u0103m c\u0103 \u00een cadrul \u0219edin\u021bei Comitetutului de analiz\u0103 tehnic\u0103 din data 07.03.2024 Agen\u0163ia pentru Protec\u0163ia Mediului Timi\u0219 a luat decizia de emitere a acordului de mediu pentru proiectul \u201cAUTOSTRADA TIMI\u0218OARA \u201d (faza studiu fezabilitate) propus a fi amplasat \u00een extravilan\/intravilan UAT&nbsp;<strong>Remetea Mare, Reca\u0219, Bucov\u0103\u021b, Mo\u0219ni\u021ba Nou\u0103, Giroc, Saco\u0219u Turcesc, P\u0103dureni, Liebling, Jebel, Voiteg, Birda, Deta, Denta, Moravi\u021ba<\/strong>, domeniul public \u0219i\/sau privat al UAT \u0219i \u00een proprietatea privat\u0103 a persoanelor fizice \u0219i\/sau juridice, jude\u021bul Timi\u0219.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lungimea traseului este de 73 km \u0219i include punctul de trecere a frontierei cu Republica Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalele lucr\u0103ri prev\u0103zute \u00een cadrul proiectului sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de infrastructur\u0103 \u015fi suprastructur\u0103, terasamente (lucr\u0103ri de s\u0103p\u0103tur\u0103, umplutur\u0103, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de consolidare a terasamentelor (lucr\u0103rile de consolidare a taluzurilor de rambleu, a terenurilor slabe de fundare \u0219i drenarea apelor subterane);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri hidrotehnice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de art\u0103 (construc\u021bia podurilor \u015fi pasajelor, pode\u021belor etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de construc\u0163ie a nodurilor rutiere \u00een zonele intersectate sau ramificare cu alte c\u0103i de comunica\u0163ie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de siguran\u0163a circula\u0163iei;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de colectare \u015fi evacuare a apelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de mediu (ex.: panouri fonoabsorbante, \u00eemprejmuire, subtravers\u0103ri pentru faun\u0103 etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de realizare a dot\u0103rilor specifice infrastructurii rutiere \u2013 parc\u0103ri, spa\u0163ii de servicii, centru de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u015fi coordonare (CIC), punct de trecere a frontierei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lucr\u0103ri de mut\u0103ri \u015fi protejare a instala\u021biilor.\u201d -Agen\u0163ia pentru Protec\u0163ia Mediului Timi\u0219<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul propus se suprapune par\u021bial cu siturile Natura 2000 ROSCI0109 Lunca Timi\u015fului \u015fi ROSPA0128 Lunca Timi\u015fului \u0219i se af\u0103 \u00een vecin\u0103tatea rezerva\u021biei naturale RONPA0755 Arboretumul Bazo\u0219 (la aproximativ 400m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizarea proiectului nu va afecta integritatea re\u021belei Natura2000 \u0219i terenuri naturale cu valoare ecologic\u0103 ridicat\u0103 sau zone cu areale naturale ce pot reprezenta habitat pentru diverse specii, urm\u00e2nd a se respecta m\u0103surile de protec\u021bie stabilite prin avizul Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale pentru Arii Naturale Protejate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>,,Leg\u0103tura Nord-Sud se face prin Gdansk (Polonia), adic\u0103 de la Marea Baltic\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la Salonic (Grecia) Marea Egee se face, cum, Gdansk, Var\u0219ovia, Kosice, Slovacia, Debrecen, Ungaria, Oradea, Arad, Timi\u0219oara, Moravi\u021ba, Belgrad, Salonic. Este cel mai scurt drum.
