A fost realizat \u00een cadrul studiului PREDIMED (Prevenci\u00f3n con Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea) care a implicat 7.056 de participan\u021bi (82,5% hipertensivi). De asemenea, au fost cuprin\u0219i \u00een program \u0219i 1.097 de participan\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 hipertensiune arterial\u0103, concluzia fiind c\u0103 la ace\u0219tia consumul de ro\u0219ii a sc\u0103zut riscul de a deveni hipertensivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumul de ro\u0219ii a fost m\u0103surat folosind un chestionar validat privind frecven\u021ba alimentelor \u0219i clasificat \u00een patru grupe: cel mai sc\u0103zut (&lt;44 g), intermediar (44\u201382 g), intermediar superior (82\u2013110 g) \u0219i cel mai mare (&gt;110 g).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eHipertensiunea arterial\u0103 este o problem\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103 la nivel mondial, cu prevalen\u021ba \u00een cre\u0219tere anual\u0103. Ro\u0219ia este una dintre cele mai consumate, disponibile pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 \u0219i cele mai accesibile legume din lume \u0219i este o component\u0103 important\u0103 a celor mai bune diete, cum ar fi dieta mediteranean\u0103 (MedDiet)<\/em>\u201d, sus\u021bin&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/eurjpc\/advance-article\/doi\/10.1093\/eurjpc\/zwad363\/7450162?login=false\">realizatorii studiului.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/adevarul.ro\/stil-de-viata\/viata-sanatoasa\/rosiile-protejeaza-inima-sapte-beneficii-pe-care-1891830.html\">Consumul de ro\u0219ii,<\/a>&nbsp;inclusiv produsele pe baz\u0103 de ro\u0219ii, este benefic \u00een prevenirea \u0219i gestionarea hipertensiunii arteriale. Consumul mai mare de ro\u0219ii reduce riscul de hipertensiune arterial\u0103 cu 36%, iar consumul moderat scade tensiunea arterial\u0103, \u00een special \u00een hipertensiunea arterial\u0103 de gradul 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compozi\u021bia ro\u0219iilor include ap\u0103 ( 95%), carbohidra\u021bi (3%), proteine (1,2%) \u0219i lipide (1%) \u0219i con\u021bine, de asemenea, minerale non-sodice (calciu, magneziu, fosfor, potasiu, zinc, mangan), vitaminele A, C, tiamin\u0103, riboflavin\u0103, niacin\u0103, acid pantotenic \u0219i piridoxin\u0103), carotenoizi \u0219i compu\u0219i fenolici. Dintre carotenoizi, cel mai abundent este licopenul, un antioxidant extrem de valoros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concluzia studiului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eRo\u0219iile \u0219i produsele pe baz\u0103 de ro\u0219ii sunt componente importante \u0219i pot juca un rol favorabil \u00een prevenirea \u0219i gestionarea hipertensiunii arteriale, reduc\u00e2nd \u00een principal DBP la participan\u021bii cu TA crescut\u0103 \u0219i TAS \u0219i DBP la participan\u021bii cu hipertensiune arterial\u0103 de gradul 1.
