Dar, \u00een afar\u0103 de respectarea regulilor rutiere, \u0219oferii trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 tractarea unei rulote sau a unei remorci nu afecteaz\u0103 ma\u0219ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legea rutier\u0103 stabile\u0219te o serie de obliga\u021bii suplimentare pentru \u0219oferii care tracteaz\u0103 o rulot\u0103 sau o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ce-amenda-risti-daca-esti-prins-de-politie-cu-un-carlig-de-remorcare-dar-nu-tractezi-nimic-19290466\">remorc\u0103<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, trebuie respectate mai multe reguli privind gabaritul \u0219i viteza de deplasare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt regulile de remorcare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a putea tracta o rulot\u0103 sau remorc\u0103, \u0219oferii care au&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ai-voie-sa-tractezi-rulota-cu-permis-categoria-b-este-permisa-montarea-dar-nefolosirea-carligului-de-remorcare-19203816\">permis<\/a>&nbsp;Categoria B, trebuie s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 mai multe condi\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>greutatea remorcii sau a rulotei s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 750 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>greutatea ansamblului (vehicul tr\u0103g\u0103tor + utilaj tractat) s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 3.500 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>greutatea remorcii s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 pe cea a vehiculului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care greutatea ansamblului dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 3.500 kg, dar e p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 4.250 kg., e nevoie de categoria B \u201eextins\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, dac\u0103 ansamblul are peste 4.25 tone sau ansamblul remorcat dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te greutatea de 750 kg, atunci \u0219oferul va avea nevoie de permis pentru remorc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cu ce vitez\u0103 po\u021bi merge dac\u0103 tractezi o rulot\u0103 sau o remorc\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Viteza maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 \u00een afara localit\u0103\u021bilor pentru autovehiculele care tracteaz\u0103 remorci sau semiremorci este cu 10 km\/h mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t viteza maxim\u0103 admis\u0103 pentru categoria din care face parte autovehiculul tr\u0103g\u0103tor<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een legea circula\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 viteza maxim\u0103 pentru cei care tracteaz\u0103 o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-e-nevoie-de-autorizatie-ca-sa-pui-carlig-de-remorcare-in-ce-situatii-se-retine-talonul-auto-19249876\">remorc\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;sau o rulot\u0103 este de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>120 km\/h pe autostrad\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 km\/h pe drumurile expres;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 km\/h pe drumurile na\u021bionale europene;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 km\/h pe celelalte categorii de drumuri (na\u021bionale sau jude\u021bene);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 km\/h \u00een localitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tractarea unei rulote sau a unei remorci poate afecta ma\u0219ina?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tractarea unei rulote sau a unei remorci presupune un efort suplimentar pentru motor, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd. Aceast\u0103 informa\u021bie se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u00een talonul tuturor vehiculelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probleme care pot s\u0103 apar\u0103 dac\u0103 tractezi o rulot\u0103 sau remorc\u0103 prea grele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daune la motor sau transmisie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daune la \u0219asiul vehiculului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezechilibrarea remorcii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruperea sistemului de tractare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een oprire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cedarea sistemului de fr\u00e2nare, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai voie s\u0103 remorchezi o ma\u0219in\u0103 r\u0103mas\u0103 \u00een pan\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform Art. 157 din legea 195\/2002, remorcarea unui&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/infotrafic\/accident-in-lant-pe-dn-1-intre-ploiesti-si-brasov-sapte-autovehicule-au-fost-implicate-19110907\">autovehicul<\/a>&nbsp;se poate face cu respectarea urm\u0103toarelor reguli:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0219oferii ambelor autovehiculelor trebuie s\u0103 posede permise de conducere valabile;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>autovehiculul tr\u0103g\u0103tor s\u0103 nu remorcheze un autovehicul mai greu dec\u00e2t masa proprie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ambele vehicule s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 sistemele de tractare montate de produc\u0103tori;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>autoturismul poate fi\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/trebuie-omologat-carligul-de-remorcare-19204954\">remorcat<\/a>\u00a0folosind o leg\u0103tur\u0103 flexibil\u0103 de 3-5 metri (\u0219uf\u0103) doar dac\u0103 direc\u021bia \u0219i fr\u00e2nele nu sunt defecte.
