Dar, efectuarea unui viraj la st\u00e2nga sau la dreapta nu se consider\u0103 \u201edep\u0103\u0219ire\u201d. \u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, este legal s\u0103 \u00eentorci ma\u0219ina pe linia continu\u0103?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De multe ori, \u0219oferii sunt pu\u0219i \u00een situa\u021bia de a \u00eentoarce ma\u0219ina.&nbsp;Iar, uneori fac aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219ind&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ai-voie-sa-depasesti-carute-tractoare-sau-alte-obstacole-prin-incalcarea-liniei-continue-video-19108475\">linia continu\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;care separ\u0103 sensurile de mers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ar efectua o dep\u0103\u0219ire prin \u00eenc\u0103lcarea marcajului continuu, s-ar alege \u0219i cu amend\u0103 \u0219i cu permisul suspendat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sanc\u021biune pentru efectuarea unei dep\u0103\u0219iri peste linia continu\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen legea rutier\u0103, manevra de dep\u0103\u0219ire este definit\u0103 foarte clar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Dep\u0103\u0219irea este manevr\u0103 prin care un vehicul trece \u00eenaintea altui vehicul ori pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 un obstacol, aflat pe acela\u0219i sens de circula\u021bie, prin schimbarea direc\u021biei de mers \u0219i ie\u0219irea de pe banda de circula\u021bie sau din \u0219irul de vehicule \u00een care s-a aflat ini\u021bial<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se arat\u0103 \u00een legea circula\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar Codul Rutier interzice&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/soferii-vor-fi-obligati-sa-opreasca-motorul-cand-stationeaza-cum-va-fi-modificata-legea-rutiera-19234091\">\u0219oferilor<\/a>&nbsp;s\u0103 efectueze o dep\u0103\u0219ire dac\u0103 prin asta se \u00eencalc\u0103 linia continu\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Se interzice dep\u0103\u0219irea vehiculelor c\u00e2nd pentru efectuarea manevrei se \u00eencalc\u0103 marcajul continuu, simplu sau dublu, care desparte sensurile de mers, iar autovehiculul circul\u0103, chiar \u0219i par\u021bial, pe sensul opus, ori se \u00eencalc\u0103 marcajul care delimiteaz\u0103 spa\u021biul de interzicere<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, conform Art. 120, alin. 1, lit. (i), din Codul Rutier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd \u00eentorci ma\u0219ina, practic faci un viraj la st\u00e2nga. De aceea, manevra de \u00eentoarcere nu e considerat\u0103 \u201edep\u0103\u0219ire\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Este legal s\u0103 \u00eentorci ma\u0219ina pe linia continu\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Manevra de \u00eentoarcere poate c\u0103 nu pare periculoas\u0103, \u00eens\u0103 necesit\u0103 foarte mult\u0103 aten\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen primul rand,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cine-are-prioritate-in-sensul-giratoriu-semaforizat-cum-se-stabileste-ordinea-de-trecere-19267354\">\u0219oferul<\/a>&nbsp;trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 nici din spate, nici din fa\u021b\u0103 nu vin alte vehicule. Mai ales dac\u0103 face \u00eentoarcerea din mai multe manevre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong><em>Pentru a putea \u00eentoarce vehiculul de pe un sens de circula\u021bie pe cel\u0103lalt sens, prin manevrare \u00eenainte \u015fi \u00eenapoi sau printr-un viraj, conduc\u0103torul este obligat s\u0103 opreasc\u0103, s\u0103 semnalizeze \u015fi s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 din spate \u015fi din fa\u021b\u0103 nu circul\u0103 \u00een acel moment nici un vehicul<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>, stabile\u0219te Art. 35 din Regulamentul de aplicare a legii circula\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont c\u0103 \u00eentoarcerea este interzis\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een locurile unde este instalat indicatorul \u201e\u00centoarcerea interzis\u0103\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la trecerile pentru pietoni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een curbe cu vizibilitate redus\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een locurile unde soliditatea drumului nu este verificat\u0103 (marginile pr\u0103p\u0103stiilor, malurile \u0219an\u021burilor etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe poduri \u015fi sub poduri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la trecerile peste calea ferat\u0103 \u015fi la o distan\u0163\u0103 mai mic\u0103 de 50 m de trecerea peste calea ferat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een v\u00e2rfuri de pant\u0103 \u015fi pe o distan\u0163\u0103 de 50 m de o parte \u015fi alta a v\u00e2rfului de pant\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een intersec\u0163ii \u015fi la o distan\u0163\u0103 mai mic\u0103 de 50 m de cel mai apropiat col\u021b de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/pietonul-sau-masina-cine-are-prioritate-cand-semaforul-este-galben-intermitent-19275500\">intersec\u021bie<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la mai pu\u0163in de 50 m de sta\u0163iile de tramvai, troleibuz sau autobuz;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe timp de cea\u021b\u0103 \u015fi \u00een orice \u00eemprejurare c\u00e2nd vizibilitatea este redus\u0103 sub 100 m, dac\u0103 conduc\u0103torul vehiculului nu este pilotat de alt\u0103 persoan\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, \u00eentoarcerea pe linia continu\u0103 nu este legal\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, spre deosebire de dep\u0103\u0219irea pe linia continu\u0103, \u00eentoarcerea e sanc\u021bionat\u0103 mai bl\u00e2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t este amenda pentru \u00eentoarcere pe linie continu\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centoarcerea unui vehicul peste linia continu\u0103 se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 contraven\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai exact, \u0219oferul risc\u0103 \u00eentre 6 \u0219i 8 puncte de amend\u0103, adic\u0103 \u00eentre 990 de lei \u0219i 1.320 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, dac\u0103 din cauza acestei manevre se produce un accident rutier, atunci \u0219oferul vinovat va r\u0103m\u00e2ne f\u0103r\u0103 permis de conducere. Iar amenda poate ajunge la 3.300 de lei \u0219i re\u021binerea\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cele-mai-complicate-semne-de-circulatie-din-romania-indicatoarele-care-te-lasa-fara-carnet-19208911\">permisului<\/a>\u00a0pentru 60 de zile. \u00cen plus, dac\u0103 sunt persoane r\u0103nite, se va deschide dosar de cercetare penal\u0103, iar conduc\u0103torul auto care a \u00eentors pe linia continu\u0103 risc\u0103 s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la \u00eenchisoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sursa promotor<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To\u021bi conduc\u0103torii auto ar trebui s\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 efectuarea unei dep\u0103\u0219iri prin \u00eenc\u0103lcarea marcajului continuu este interzis\u0103.
