Pentru c\u0103 aceea\u0219i \u0219osea poate figura at\u00e2t ca drum na\u021bional (DN) c\u00e2t \u0219i ca drum european (E).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din punct de vedere func\u0163ional \u015fi administrativ-teritorial, drumurile publice se \u00eempart \u00een:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>drumuri de interes na\u0163ional;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drumuri de interes jude\u0163ean;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drumuri de interes local.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Drumurile de interes na\u0163ional asigur\u0103 leg\u0103turile cu Capitala \u0163\u0103rii, cu re\u015fedin\u0163ele de jude\u0163, cu obiectivele de interes strategic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/iei-amenda-pentru-depasirea-limitei-de-viteza-cu-9-km-legea-care-ii-avantajeaza-pe-soferi-19333101\">na\u0163ional<\/a>, precum \u015fi cu \u0163\u0103rile vecine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste drumuri na\u021bionale sunt clasificate \u00een:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>autostr\u0103zi (A);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drumuri expres (DEx);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drumuri europene (E);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drumuri na\u021bionale principale (DN);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>drumuri na\u021bionale secundare (DN 1\/2\/3\u2026.A\/B\/C\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cencadrarea \u00een aceste categorii se face de c\u0103tre Ministerul Transporturilor. Excep\u021bie fac, \u00eens\u0103, drumurile europene, a c\u0103ror \u00eencadrare se stabile\u015fte potrivit acordurilor \u015fi conven\u0163iilor interna\u0163ionale la care Rom\u00e2nia este parte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe drumul european este interzisa oprirea voluntar\u0103, iar limita maxim\u0103 de vitez\u0103 este superioar\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de un drum na\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt limitele de vitez\u0103 pe drumurile din Rom\u00e2nia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Limitele de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/a-plecat-pe-scaunul-din-dreapta-dupa-ce-a-fost-prins-gonind-cu-o-viteza-ametitoare-pe-autostrada-a3-19152250\">vitez\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;admise \u00een Rom\u00e2nia sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>130 km\/h pe autostrad\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 km\/h pe drumurile expres;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 km\/h pe drumurile europene;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 km\/h pe celelalte categorii de drumuri (na\u021bionale sau jude\u021bene);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 km\/h \u00een localitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitezele maxime sunt stabilite prin lege, dar administratorul drumului poate mic\u0219ora sau majora aceste limite. De exemplu, pe un drum european, \u00een zonele periculoase, limita maxim\u0103 poate fi redus\u0103 la 50 km\/h. De exemplu, E85, care are ca punct de plecare portul Klaipeda din Lituania, traverseaz\u0103 Belarus, Ucraina, Rom\u00e2nia, Ungaria \u0219i ajunge \u00een Alexandroupolis, din Grecia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din cei aproximativ 2.400 de kilometri, peste 550 km tranziteaz\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia. Traseul face leg\u0103tura \u00eentre localitatea Siret, aflat\u0103 la grani\u021ba cu Ucraina, \u0219i Municipiul Giurgiu, la grani\u021ba de sud a Rom\u00e2niei cu Bulgaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, E85 este cunoscut de cei mai mul\u021bi dintre \u0219oferii din Rom\u00e2nia ca DN2 \u0219i DN5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drumul Na\u021bional 2 (DN2) face leg\u0103tura \u00eentre Siret, jude\u021bul Suceava, \u0219i Bucure\u0219ti. Iar Drumul Na\u021bional 5 (DN5) leag\u0103 Capitala Rom\u00e2niei de municipiul Giurgiu.
