De asemenea, sunt impuse o serie de obliga\u021bii \u0219oferilor care efectueaz\u0103 o manevr\u0103 de dep\u0103\u0219ire. De exemplu, pe un drum european sau pe o \u0219osea na\u021bional\u0103, au voie TIR-urile s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 alte vehicule?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Polonia, niciun vehicul de peste 3.5 tone \u0219i ansamblu cu lungimea de peste 7 m, nu mai are dreptul s\u0103 efectueze dep\u0103\u0219iri pe \u0219osele \u0219i autostr\u0103zi cu cel mult dou\u0103 benzi pe direc\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la aceast\u0103 regul\u0103 fac excep\u021bie&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/uniunea-europeana-a-semnat-un-acord-pentru-o-legislatie-care-sa-reduca-emisiile-camioanelor-19289846\">camioanele<\/a>&nbsp;care dep\u0103\u0219esc vehicule de \u00eentre\u021binere sau care circul\u0103 cu o vitez\u0103 sub limita de 80 km\/h. Aceast\u0103 regul\u0103 e valabil\u0103 \u0219i \u00een Rom\u00e2nia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au voie tirurile s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 pe autostrad\u0103, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, circula\u021bia pe autostrad\u0103 este permis\u0103 tuturor tipurilor de vehicule a c\u0103ror vitez\u0103 constructiv\u0103 permite dep\u0103\u0219irea a 50 km\/h. Excep\u021bie fac ma\u0219inile pe care cursan\u021bii \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 conduc\u0103 \u0219i vehiculele care efectueaz\u0103 un transport agabaritic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 limitare impus\u0103 vehiculelor grele este cea referitoare la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/a-plecat-pe-scaunul-din-dreapta-dupa-ce-a-fost-prins-gonind-cu-o-viteza-ametitoare-pe-autostrada-a3-19152250\">viteza maxim\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;admis\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, camioanele \u0219i vehiculele care au remorc\u0103 sunt obligate s\u0103 circule cu 20 km\/h mai \u00eencet dec\u00e2t restul vehiculelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, tirurile au voie s\u0103 efectueze o dep\u0103\u0219ire pe autostrad\u0103. Dar nu au dreptul s\u0103 circule cu mai mult de 110 km\/h. \u0218i, desigur, au obliga\u021bia de a respecta toate regulile de dep\u0103\u0219ire \u0219i devansare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viteza maxim\u0103 pentru TIR-uri pe Drum Expres \u0219i Drum Na\u021bional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitezele maxime admise pentru TIR-uri, \u00een afara loialit\u0103\u021bii sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>110 km\/h pe autostrad\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 km\/h pe Drum Expres, Drum Na\u021bional \u0219i Drum European;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 km\/h pe celelalte categorii de drumuri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen localitate, viteza maxim\u0103 este de 50 km\/h pentru toate categoriile de vehicule. Dar poate diferi pe anumite sectoare de drum, \u00eens\u0103 nu mai mult de 80 km\/h \u0219i nici mai pu\u021bin de 30 km\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste limite sunt stabilite de administratorul drumului, cu acordul Poli\u021biei Rutiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au voie TIR-urile s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 pe drum european sau pe drum na\u021bional?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulile de efectuare a unei dep\u0103\u0219iri sunt stabilite de Codul Rutier \u0219i to\u021bi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/soferii-vor-fi-obligati-sa-opreasca-motorul-cand-stationeaza-cum-va-fi-modificata-legea-rutiera-19234091\">\u0219oferii<\/a>&nbsp;sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 le respecte, indiferent de situa\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se consider\u0103 c\u0103 un \u0219ofer face o dep\u0103\u0219ire atunci c\u00e2nd trece \u00eenaintea altui vehicul ori pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 un obstacol, aflat pe acela\u0219i sens de circula\u021bi \u0219i face o schimbare a direc\u021biei de mers, ie\u0219ind de pe banda de circula\u021bie sau din \u0219irul de vehicule \u00een care s-a aflat ini\u021bial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, Conduc\u0103torul de vehicul care efectueaz\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219irea este obligat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 acela care \u00eel urmeaz\u0103 sau \u00eel preced\u0103 nu a semnalizat inten\u021bia \u00eenceperii unei manevre similare \u0219i c\u0103 poate dep\u0103\u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 a pune \u00een pericol sau f\u0103r\u0103 a st\u00e2njeni circula\u021bia din sens opus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 semnalizeze inten\u021bia de efectuare a dep\u0103\u0219irii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 p\u0103streze \u00een timpul dep\u0103\u0219irii o distan\u021b\u0103 lateral\u0103 suficient\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de vehiculul dep\u0103\u0219it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u0103 reintre pe banda sau \u00een \u0219irul de circula\u021bie ini\u021bial dup\u0103 ce a semnalizat \u0219i s-a asigurat c\u0103 poate efectua aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 \u00een condi\u021bii de siguran\u021b\u0103 pentru vehiculul dep\u0103\u0219it \u0219i pentru ceilal\u021bi participan\u021bi la trafic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, legea rutier\u0103 nu stabile\u0219te un regim special de circula\u021bie pentru TIR-uri. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219i camioanele pot efectua dep\u0103\u0219iri, at\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t respect\u0103 toate regulile impuse pentru efectuarea acestei manevre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen ce situa\u021bii nu au voie TIR-urile s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 un alt vehicul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, se interzice dep\u0103\u0219irea vehiculelor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een intersec\u021bii cu circula\u021bia nedirijat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een apropierea v\u00e2rfurilor de ramp\u0103, c\u00e2nd vizibilitatea este redus\u0103 sub 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een curbe \u0219i \u00een orice alte locuri unde vizibilitatea este redus\u0103 sub 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe pasaje denivelate, pe poduri, sub poduri \u0219i \u00een tuneluri.
