Tocmai de aceea, Codul Rutier este actualizat permanent \u0219i sunt introduse noi reguli pe care \u0219oferii trebuie s\u0103 le respecte \u00een aceste de situa\u021bii. Astfel, dac\u0103 circuli pe un drum cu mai multe benzi, iar vehiculul aflat pe banda 2 e mai lent, po\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eel dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti prin dreapta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulile de dep\u0103\u0219ire sunt stabilite, prin lege, \u0219i obligatorii pentru to\u021bi conduc\u0103torii auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier impune obliga\u021bii, \u00eens\u0103, nu doar \u00een cazul celui care intr\u0103 \u00een dep\u0103\u0219ire, ci \u0219i \u00een ceea ce-l prive\u0219te pe conduc\u0103torul auto dep\u0103\u0219it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care sunt regulile de dep\u0103\u0219ire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier define\u0219te ce este dep\u0103\u0219irea \u0219i \u00een ce situa\u021bii se consider\u0103 c\u0103 un \u0219ofer a efectuat aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Dep\u0103\u015firea este manevra prin care un vehicul trece \u00eenaintea altui vehicul ori pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 un obstacol, aflat pe acela\u015fi sens de circula\u0163ie, prin schimbarea direc\u0163iei de mers \u015fi ie\u015firea de pe banda de circula\u0163ie sau din \u015firul de vehicule \u00een care s-a aflat ini\u0163ial<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een Art. 45, alin. (1) din legea 195\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte de a ini\u021bia dep\u0103\u0219irea,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/un-sofer-prins-dupa-o-depasire-pe-linie-continua-a-scapat-de-amenda-a-dat-mita-prajituri-si-un-tort-de-nunta-18778245\">\u0219oferul<\/a>&nbsp;vehiculului trebuie s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 automobilul din fa\u021ba sau din spatele s\u0103u nu a ini\u021biat o manevr\u0103 similar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, dep\u0103\u0219irea poate fi executat\u0103 doar pe partea st\u00e2ng\u0103 a vehiculului care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie dep\u0103\u0219it. Iar asta nu se poate face dec\u00e2t prin partea st\u00e2ng\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen schimb, pe drumurile cu mai multe benzi pe sens, se poate face o devansare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Nu constituie dep\u0103\u0219ire [\u2026] situa\u021bia \u00een care un vehicul circul\u0103 mai repede pe una dintre benzi dec\u00e2t vehiculele care circul\u0103 pe alt\u0103 band\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i sens de circula\u021bie<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se arat\u0103 \u00een Art. 45, alin.
