De exemplu, po\u021bi parca ma\u0219ina \u0219i pe partea st\u00e2ng\u0103 a drumului sau e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 o la\u0219i pe dreapta?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt mai multe manevre interzise pe un drum cu sens&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/poti-da-cu-spatele-pe-o-strada-cu-sens-unic-manevre-interzise-de-codul-rutier-19236835\">unic<\/a>, conform Codului Rutier actualizat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar \u0219oferii care nu \u021bin cont de aceste reguli risc\u0103 amenzi ustur\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manevrele interzise pe str\u0103zi cu un singur sens<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier interzice \u00eentoarcerea pe str\u0103zile cu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/noi-sensuri-unice-in-bucuresti-din-martie-2015-13766711\">sens unic<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, nu ai voie s\u0103 ie\u0219i cu spatele de pe o strad\u0103 cu sens unic \u00een alt drum, principal sau secundar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ie\u0219irea de pe o strad\u0103 cu circula\u021bie \u00eentr-un singur sens, \u0219oferii care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 vireze la st\u00e2nga trebuie s\u0103 circule pe banda din st\u00e2nga. Sau, dac\u0103 drumul are o singur\u0103 band\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 circule c\u00e2t mai aproape de bordura din st\u00e2nga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po\u021bi da cu spatele pe o strad\u0103 cu sens unic?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, \u0219oferii au dreptul s\u0103 circule cu spatele pe o strad\u0103 cu sens unic. Dar nu au voie s\u0103 efectueze aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 pe o distan\u021b\u0103 mai mare de 50 de metri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar aceast\u0103 regul\u0103 se aplic\u0103 pe toate tipurile de drum, indiferent de num\u0103rul de benzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se interzice mersul \u00eenapoi cu vehiculul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een toate situa\u021biile \u00een care manevrele de \u00eentoarcere, dep\u0103\u0219ire \u0219i oprire sunt\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2025-pentru-cat-timp-se-suspenda-permisul-pentru-depasire-pe-linia-continua-19350068\">interzise<\/a>, cu excep\u021bia sensului unic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>atunci c\u00e2nd nu exist\u0103 suficient\u0103 vizibilitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe o distan\u021b\u0103 mai mare de 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la ie\u0219irea de pe propriet\u0103\u021bi al\u0103turate drumurilor publice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Constituie contraven\u021bie, se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa I de sanc\u021biuni (2-3 puncte amend\u0103) nerespectarea regulilor privind manevra de \u00eentoarcere, mersul \u00eenapoi, schimbarea benzii de circula\u021bie sau a direc\u021biei de mers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 prin aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 s-a produs un accident, se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a II-a de sanc\u021biuni (4-5 puncte amend\u0103).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parcare pe un drum cu sens unic: Pe ce parte a drumului po\u021bi l\u0103sa ma\u0219ina?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen general, pe str\u0103zile cu sens unic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/care-este-deosebirea-dintre-oprirea-si-stationarea-autovehiculelor-19074590\">sta\u021bionarea<\/a>&nbsp;se face pe ambele p\u0103r\u021bi, dar numai dac\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne suficient spa\u021biu pentru circula\u021bia altor vehicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Pe drumurile cu sens unic, oprirea sau sta\u021bionarea voluntar\u0103 a vehiculelor este permis\u0103 \u0219i pe partea st\u00e2ng\u0103, dac\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne liber\u0103 cel pu\u021bin o band\u0103 de circula\u0163ie<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een Art. 173 (2) din legea circula\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, pot fi zone unde oprirea nu este permis\u0103 dec\u00e2t pe una dintre p\u0103r\u021bi.
