Unele au fost deja aprobate \u0219i implementate, altele urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie adoptate \u0219i s\u0103 intre \u00een vigoare. Astfel c\u0103, \u00een prezent, punctul de amend\u0103 reprezint\u0103 5% din salariul minim brut pe economie, care e \u00een valoare 4.050 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 modificare important\u0103 este introducerea \u00een legisla\u021bie a prevederii care permite&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cum-arata-noile-radare-ale-politiei-rutiere-care-sunt-active-in-2025-vitezomanii-vor-primi-amenda-acasa-19351112\">amendarea<\/a>&nbsp;\u0219oferilor pe baza imaginilor video. Astfel, dac\u0103 un conduc\u0103tor auto e filmat cu o camer\u0103 de bord sau un alt aparat c\u0103 a comis o abatere rutier\u0103, Poli\u021bia \u00eel va putea sanc\u021biona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, au fost introduse primele radare fixe pe autostr\u0103zile A1 \u0219i A2 \u0219i pe Drumul Na\u021bional 2. Aceste sisteme vor \u00eenregistra video to\u021bi \u0219oferii care circul\u0103 prin zona unde sunt amplasate.
