Iar dac\u0103 nu este l\u0103sat un spa\u021biu suficient de trecere pentru cei care circul\u0103 pe jos, poli\u021bia \u00eel poate amenda pe cel care a parcat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00e2t e amenda pentru parcarea pe trotuar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2025, valoarea unui punct de amend\u0103 este stabilit\u0103 la 202,5 lei, ceea ce reprezint\u0103 5% din valoarea salariului minim brut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, sanc\u021biunile pentru parcarea pe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/doar-proprietarul-are-dreptul-sa-parcheze-pe-trotuarul-din-fata-casei-ce-stabileste-legea-rutiera-19314109\">trotuar<\/a>&nbsp;au fost majorate fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform noului calcul, Poli\u021bia aplic\u0103 urm\u0103toarele sanc\u021biuni pentru parcare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4-6 puncte de amend\u0103 dac\u0103 un vehicul obstruc\u021bioneaz\u0103 total circula\u021bia pietonilor (810 \u2013 1.215 lei);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 puncte de amend\u0103 dac\u0103 nu este p\u0103strat spa\u021biul minim pentru pietoni (607,5 \u2013 810 lei).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, autorit\u0103\u021bile pot dispune ridicarea vehiculului parcat neregulamentar.
