\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Incidentul a avut loc pe 5 martie 2025, \u00een jurul orei 10:15, c\u00e2nd poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Biroului Poli\u021bie Autostr\u0103zi A1 R\u00e2mnicu V\u00e2lcea-Deva l-au oprit pentru un control de rutin\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma test\u0103rii cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul a indicat o alcoolemie de 1,10 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u0103rbatul a fost dus la spital pentru recoltarea de probe biologice, iar analizele de laborator au confirmat o alcoolemie de&nbsp;<strong>2,48 g\/l alcool pur \u00een s\u00e2nge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poli\u021bi\u0219tii au deschis un dosar penal pentru conducerea unui vehicul sub influen\u021ba alcoolului sau a altor substan\u021be \u0219i au luat&nbsp;<strong>m\u0103sura re\u021binerii pentru 24 de ore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joi, 6 martie 2025, b\u0103rbatul urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie prezentat Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria Sebe\u0219 pentru dispunerea m\u0103surilor legale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poli\u021bi\u0219tii au deschis un dosar penal pentru conducerea unui vehicul sub influen\u021ba alcoolului sau a
