Acesta a fost testat at\u00e2t cu aparatul etilotest, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu aparatul pentru detectarea substan\u021belor psihoactive, rezultatele fiind negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u0103rbatul, internat involuntar la Psihiatrie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru deficien\u021bele tehnice majore constatate \u0219i pentru nerespectarea obliga\u021biei de a avea asupra sa documentele prev\u0103zute de lege, respectiv certificatul de \u00eenmatriculare, poli\u021bi\u0219tii i-au aplicat dou\u0103 sanc\u021biuni contraven\u021bionale \u00een cuantum de 1.620 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, ca m\u0103sur\u0103 complementar\u0103, s-a dispus re\u021binerea certificatului de \u00eenmatriculare \u00een lips\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere circumstan\u021bele, b\u0103rbatul a fost internat involuntar la o unitate medical\u0103 pentru investiga\u021bii de specialitate.
