La trecerea de pietoni, \u00een schimb, \u0219oferii au obliga\u021bia de a acorda prioritate tuturor pietonilor care inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 treac\u0103 strada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, \u00een cazul \u00een care persoana respectiv\u0103 se afl\u0103 pe sensul opus, e\u0219ti obligat, ca \u0219ofer, s\u0103 opre\u0219ti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: Ca \u0219ofer, e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 opre\u0219ti dac\u0103 un pieton e pe sensul opus?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i legea rutier\u0103 oblig\u0103 \u0219oferii s\u0103 acorde prioritate la trecerea de pietoni persoanelor care traverseaz\u0103, stabile\u0219te \u0219i o condi\u021bie clar\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te locul unde se afl\u0103 pietonul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Constituie<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;contraven\u0163ie \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 [\u2026] neacordarea priorit\u0103\u021bii de trecere&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cine-e-vinovat-daca-pietonul-traverseaza-pe-trecere-fara-sa-se-asigure-ce-prevede-codul-rutier-actualizat-19259084\">pietonilor<\/a>&nbsp;angaja\u021bi \u00een traversarea regulamentar\u0103 a drumului public prin locurile special amenajate \u0219i semnalizate, afla\u021bi pe sensul de deplasare a autovehiculului<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 101 (3-e) din legea rutier\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, ca \u0219ofer, nu e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 opre\u0219ti dac\u0103 pietonul se afl\u0103 pe sensul opus de mers. Dar, aten\u021bie, dac\u0103 persoana respectiv\u0103 a ini\u021biat traversarea deja \u0219i se apropie de jum\u0103tatea drumului, trebuie s\u0103 opre\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>De\u0219i pietonul se afl\u0103 pe sensul opus, s\u0103 zicem c\u0103 e la jum\u0103tatea benzii, deja se consider\u0103 c\u0103 a ini\u021biat traversarea \u0219i e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 opre\u0219ti.<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;\u00cen mod normal, pietonul ar trebui s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la jum\u0103tatea drumului \u0219i s\u0103 se asigure, din nou, \u00eenainte de a continua traversarea. De aceea, cel mai bine e s\u0103 opre\u0219ti, chiar dac\u0103 pietonul a ini\u021biat traversarea de pe sensul opus\u201d, a explicat instructorul Marian Croitoru, pentru ProMotor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218oferii au obliga\u021bia de a opri \u0219i a acorda prioritate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dac\u0103 semaforul adresat pietonilor este verde, iar cel pentru vehicule e ro\u0219u sau galben intermitent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pietonul traverseaz\u0103 pe la trecerea de pietoni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la \u00eent\u00e2lnirea unui semafor verde-intermitent, care permite efectuarea unui viraj dup\u0103 ce se acord\u0103 prioritate de trecere tuturor celorlal\u021bi participan\u021bi la trafic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 pietonii traverseaz\u0103 pe la col\u021bul str\u0103zii, au obliga\u021bia de a acorda prioritate ma\u0219inilor \u0219i abia apoi pot trece strada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neacordarea de prioritate pietonilor se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 1.215 \u0219i 1.620 lei \u0219i suspendarea pentru 60 de zile a permisului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regula c\u00e2nd trecerea e pe linia de tramvai<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 \u0219i o linie de tramvai peste care se afl\u0103 amenajat\u0103 trecerea de pietoni, regulile sunt similare.
