Dar sunt \u0219i alte cauze pentru care ma\u0219ina poate \u201epica\u201d inspec\u021bia periodic\u0103. Iat\u0103 dup\u0103 c\u00e2te ITP-uri respinse pierzi automat dreptul de circula\u021bie, care sunt regulile impuse de Codul Rutier \u0219i ce sanc\u021biuni risc\u0103 cei care nu le respect\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 la ma\u0219in\u0103 este identificat\u0103 cel pu\u021bin o defec\u021biune considerat\u0103 \u201epericuloas\u0103\u201d sau \u201emajor\u0103\u201d, ma\u0219ina poate fi respins\u0103 la ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre problemele care duc la respingerea ma\u0219inii la ITP se num\u0103r\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sistem de fr\u00e2nare ineficient;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defec\u021biuni la sistemul de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ansamblurile-iluminare-dn1-furate-18992967\">iluminare<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>caroserie afectat\u0103 de rugin\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>semne ale unui accident;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emisie prea mare de noxe, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: Dup\u0103 c\u00e2te ITP-uri respinse pierzi automat dreptul de circula\u021bie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, dac\u0103 o ma\u0219in\u0103 \u201epic\u0103\u201d ITP-ul, proprietarul are la dispozi\u021bie 30 de zile pentru a remedia defectele. Apoi trebuie s\u0103 se prezinte la reverificare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina este respins\u0103 la ITP, nu mai are drept de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/poti-face-contestatie-daca-nu-treci-de-itp-ce-trebuie-sa-faci-daca-ai-fost-respins-19219847\">circula\u021bie<\/a>. Ceea ce duce, automat, la suspendarea \u00eenmatricul\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, \u00eenc\u0103 de la prima respingere la ITP a ma\u0219inii, aceasta nu mai poate circula pe drumurile publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti prins c\u0103 circuli f\u0103r\u0103 a avea inspec\u021bie tehnic\u0103 valabil\u0103, vei primi dou\u0103 sanc\u021biuni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.822,5 lei \u2013 4.050 lei pentru sanc\u021biune pentru conducerea unui autoturism f\u0103r\u0103 ITP;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4.050 lei pentru conducerea unui vehicul a c\u0103rui \u00eenmatriculare a fost suspendat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen total, cea mai mic\u0103 amend\u0103 pentru lipsa ITP este de aproximativ 5.900 de lei, iar cea maxim\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 8.000 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Po\u021bi face contesta\u021bie dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina nu trece Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 verificare se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een sta\u021bii ITP particulare. \u00cen general, acestea sunt service-uri auto care ofer\u0103 \u0219i acest serviciu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inginerii care efectueaz\u0103 verificarea tehnic\u0103 a ma\u0219inii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 m\u0103soare, printre altele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nivelul de noxe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>func\u021bionarea motorului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eficien\u021ba fr\u00e2nelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sistemul de iluminare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>direc\u021bia, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 se constat\u0103 deficien\u021be majore sau periculoase, adic\u0103 unul dintre sistemele importante nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 corect, ma\u0219ina nu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/lucruri-de-care-sa-tii-cont-cand-duci-masina-la-itp-cum-sa-te-asiguri-ca-treci-cu-brio-testul-19189419\">trece<\/a>&nbsp;de ITP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103,,\u00eens\u0103, un \u0219ofer consider\u0103 c\u0103 a fost respins nejustificat, poate face o reclama\u021bie la Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Persoanele care au nemul\u021bumiri legate de orice aspect al verific\u0103rilor tehnice pot depune o reclama\u021bie \u00een acest sens pe site-ul&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.rarom.ro<\/a>, la rubrica dedicat\u0103 clien\u021bilor. Clien\u021bii au \u0219i posibilitatea s\u0103 solicite audien\u021b\u0103 la \u0219eful reprezentan\u021bei RAR din jude\u021bul unde s-a efectuat inspec\u021bia, chiar \u00een ziua respectiv\u0103.
