Dar, este legal s\u0103 circuli cu o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103, pe care \u021bi-ai construit-o singur? Iat\u0103 ce documente \u0219i omolog\u0103ri sunt necesare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunt rom\u00e2ni care vor s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i construiasc\u0103 singuri o remorc\u0103, mai ales \u00een mediul rural. Fie pentru a transporta diverse m\u0103rfuri, fie lemne, fie alte bunuri, remorca improvizat\u0103 poate fi o solu\u021bie mai ieftin\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103, \u00een 2025, legisla\u021bia rutier\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia impune reguli clare privind circula\u021bia cu astfel de vehicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: Este legal s\u0103 circuli cu o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a circula legal pe drumurile publice, o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/in-2025-trebuie-sa-inmatriculezi-remorca-de-750-kg-ce-stabileste-noul-cod-rutier-19370827\">remorc\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;trebuie s\u0103 respecte anumite condi\u021bii tehnice \u0219i administrative. Indiferent c\u0103 este improvizat\u0103, fie cump\u0103rat\u0103 de-a gata, sunt necesare anumite documente \u0219i omolog\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform Codului Rutier, este ilegal s\u0103 circuli cu o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103 care nu este omologat\u0103. Pentru c\u0103, \u00een lipsa omolog\u0103rii, acest vehicul nu poate fi \u00eenmatriculat. Iar legea impune ca toate vehiculele, inclusiv remorcile, s\u0103 fie \u00eenmatriculate sau \u00eenregistrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 este bine construit\u0103 \u0219i aparent sigur\u0103, nu poate fi folosit\u0103 legal pe drumuri f\u0103r\u0103 omologare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documente necesare pentru a circula cu o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru ca o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103 s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi pus\u0103 legal \u00een circula\u021bie, ai nevoie de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certificat de omologare \u2013 emis de Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carte de identitate a vehiculului (CIV) \u2013 eliberat\u0103 tot de RAR, dup\u0103 omologare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificat de \u00eenmatriculare\u00a0 \u2013 eliberat de Direc\u021bia de \u00cenmatricul\u0103ri (DGPCI);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asigurare RCA \u2013 pentru remorcile care dep\u0103\u0219esc 750 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspec\u021bie Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 (ITP) \u2013 obligatorie pentru remorcile \u00eenmatriculate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, trebuie s\u0103 \u021bii cont de greutatea remorcii \u0219i cea a vehiculului folosit pentru tractare. \u00cen talonul ma\u0219inii se men\u021bioneaz\u0103 greutatea total\u0103 a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/motocultor-cu-remorca-trebuie-permis-de-tractor-pentru-a-l-conduce-reguli-obligatorii-in-2025-19374490\">remorcii<\/a>&nbsp;care poate fi tractat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum se face omologarea unei remorci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>RAR poate face omologarea unei remorci construite artizanal doar dac\u0103 aceasta respect\u0103 anumit specifica\u021bii tehnice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dot\u0103rile minimale pentru o remorc\u0103 sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sistem de fr\u00e2nare omologat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fr\u00e2n\u0103 de serviciu \u0219i fr\u00e2n\u0103 de sta\u021bionare (parcare) \u2013 obligatorie pentru remorcile de peste 750 kg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instala\u021bie electric\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103, cu muf\u0103 standard de conectare (\u00een general 7 pini sau 13 pini);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anvelope omologate, \u00een stare bun\u0103, cu dimensiuni corespunz\u0103toare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0218asiu solid \u0219i elemente de rezisten\u021b\u0103 stabile, f\u0103r\u0103 coroziune sau fisuri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistem de semnalizare \u2013 stopuri, lumini de pozi\u021bie \u0219i lumini de semnalizare st\u00e2nga\/dreapta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Catadioptri de culoare ro\u0219ie, de form\u0103 triunghiular\u0103, monta\u021bi cu v\u00e2rful \u00een sus, la o distan\u021b\u0103 de maxim 400 mm de extremit\u0103\u021bi laterale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificatul de omologare sau cartea de identitate a remorcii (dac\u0103 este achizi\u021bionat\u0103 din magazin);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sistem de tractare omologat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Procesul de omologare presupune:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prezentarea vehiculului la o reprezentan\u021b\u0103 RAR;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verificarea sistemului de fr\u00e2nare, iluminare,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2025-taxa-de-drum-trebuie-platita-separat-pentru-o-remorca-regula-aplicata-in-cazul-unei-autorulote-19383829\">direc\u021bie<\/a>, structura \u0219asiului etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analizarea documentelor justificative pentru materialele \u0219i componentele folosite (axe, fr\u00e2ne, sistem de suspensie, etc);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>plata taxelor de omologare, care variaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de tipul \u0219i greutatea remorcii (~400 \u2013 1.000 lei \u00een 2025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 remorca nu corespunde tehnic, RAR poate respinge omologarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ri\u0219ti dac\u0103 circuli cu o remorc\u0103 improvizat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 omologare?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti prins circul\u00e2nd cu o remorc\u0103 neomologat\u0103, deci ne\u00eenmatriculat\u0103, este infrac\u021biune \u0219i se pedepse\u0219te cu \u00eenchisoarea de la 1 la 3 ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, Poli\u021bia poate dispune confiscarea remorcii \u0219i chiar re\u021binerea permisului de conducere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, \u00een cazul unui accident \u00een care este implicat\u0103 o remorc\u0103 neomologat\u0103, asiguratorii pot refuza plata desp\u0103gubirilor. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 persoana care tracta respectiva remorc\u0103 va achita din buzunarul propriu toate pagubele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, \u00een 2025 nu este suficient s\u0103 ai o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/ce-remorca-ai-voie-sa-conduci-cu-b-in-2025-reguli-pe-care-multi-nu-le-cunosc-inclusiv-in-cazul-unei-rulote-19399367\">remorc\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;\u201ebine f\u0103cut\u0103\u201d. Legisla\u021bia cere omologarea \u0219i \u00eenmatriculare acesteia, precum \u0219i efectuarea periodic\u0103 a unei inspec\u021bii tehnice.
