Dup\u0103 c\u00e2t timp po\u021bi reface ITP \u00een 2025?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sunt o mul\u021bime de cauze pentru care o ma\u0219in\u0103 poate s\u0103 fie respins\u0103 la ITP \u00een 2025. \u00cen cele mai multe situa\u021bii, \u0219oferii remediaz\u0103 problemele \u0219i revin apoi pentru repetarea verific\u0103rii. Dac\u0103 autoturismul are \u00eentre 3 \u0219i 12 ani vechime, atunci ITP-ul se face la fiecare doi ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar \u00een cazul ma\u0219inilor care au fost puse \u00een circula\u021bie de mai mult de 12 ani,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/poti-face-contestatie-daca-nu-treci-de-itp-ce-trebuie-sa-faci-daca-ai-fost-respins-19219847\">Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;trebuie ref\u0103cut\u0103 anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"div-gpt-ad-1690906690143-0\">Dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina a picat inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103, ai voie s\u0103 o p\u0103strezi f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 o folose\u0219ti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina a fost respins\u0103 la ITP, proprietarii au la dispozi\u021bie 30 de zile pentru a remedia problemele. Dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 se pot \u00eentoarce pentru reverificare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, sunt cazuri \u00een care proprietarii nu \u00ee\u0219i permit s\u0103 repare ma\u0219ina sau nu vor s\u0103 mai investeasc\u0103 \u00een aceasta. Acest vehicul va putea fi folosit numai pe un c\u00e2mp sau pe un drum care nu e deschis circula\u021biei publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cei care uit\u0103 s\u0103 refac\u0103 Inspec\u021bia Tehnic\u0103 Periodic\u0103 sau o am\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i circul\u0103 cu ITP expirat, risc\u0103 s\u0103 fie amenda\u021bi de dou\u0103 ori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform legii, \u00eenmatricularea unei ma\u0219ini se suspend\u0103 automat \u00een cazul \u00een care nu mai are inspec\u021bia tehnic\u0103 valabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, \u0219oferii care circul\u0103 cu o ma\u0219in\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 ITP vor primi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9 \u2013 20 puncte de amend\u0103 pentru conducerea unui autoturism f\u0103r\u0103 ITP valabil;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 puncte de amend\u0103 pentru conducerea unei ma\u0219ini cu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/inmatricularea-si-declararea-fiscala-a-masinilor-vor-putea-fi-efectuate-online-19181381\">\u00eenmatriculare<\/a>\u00a0suspendat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele dou\u0103 amenzi se cumuleaz\u0103, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 sanc\u021biunea minim\u0103 va fi de 5.872,5 de lei iar cea maxim\u0103 poate dep\u0103\u0219i 8.000 de lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar, chiar dac\u0103 nu o mai folose\u0219ti, va trebui s\u0103 pl\u0103te\u0219ti impozit pentru aceasta.
