Mul\u021bi \u0219oferi aleg s\u0103 monteze suporturi speciale pe autoturisme pentru a-\u0219i duce bicicletele \u00een vacan\u021be sau la competi\u021bii. \u00cens\u0103 nu toat\u0103 lumea \u0219tie c\u0103 exist\u0103 reguli clare privind amplasarea acestora. Iat\u0103 \u00een ce condi\u021bii ai voie s\u0103 montezi suport de biciclet\u0103 pe hayon sau c\u00e2rlig, care sunt regulile ce trebuie urmate \u0219i ce amenzi ri\u0219ti \u00een 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u021bi monta un suport de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/este-obligatorie-casca-pentru-biciclisti-ce-obligatii-au-cei-care-circula-cu-bicicleta-pe-drumurile-publice-19217667\">biciclet\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;pe hayon sau pe c\u00e2rligul de remorcare, dar cu anumite condi\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu toate modelele sunt omologate \u0219i, \u00een unele cazuri, ri\u0219ti amenzi ustur\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ai voie s\u0103 montezi suport de biciclet\u0103 pe hayon sau c\u00e2rlig?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, montarea unui suport de biciclet\u0103 este permis\u0103, dar doar dac\u0103 sistemul respect\u0103 cerin\u021bele de omologare \u0219i siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 care sunt regulile ce trebuie respectate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suporturile trebuie s\u0103 fie\u00a0<strong>omologate CE<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>sau RAR<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este interzis ca bicicleta sau suportul s\u0103\u00a0<strong>blocheze num\u0103rul de \u00eenmatriculare sau luminile autoturismului<\/strong>. Dac\u0103 sunt obstruc\u021bionate, ai obliga\u021bia s\u0103 montezi\u00a0<strong>o pl\u0103cu\u021b\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 de \u00eenmatriculare<\/strong>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<strong>un sistem de iluminare suplimentar<\/strong>, conectat la instala\u021bia ma\u0219inii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nu ai voie s\u0103 modifici hayonul sau caroseria pentru a fixa suportul. Acest lucru anuleaz\u0103 ITP-ul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Toate aceste reguli se reg\u0103sesc \u00een OUG 195\/2002, completat\u0103 de Regulamentul de aplicare \u0219i de legisla\u021bia UE privind siguran\u021ba rutier\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echipamentele de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/utile\/top-trei-modalitati-de-a-transporta-bicicleta-cu-masina-personala-18718606\">transport<\/a>&nbsp;al bicicletelor se monteaz\u0103, \u00een general, \u00een spatele ma\u0219inii, pe hayon sau deasupra vehiculului, pe plafon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar \u00een cazul celor care monteaz\u0103 pe plafonul ma\u0219inii acest echipament, trebuie acordat\u0103 aten\u021bie la regimul de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime. Sunt parc\u0103ri, pasaje \u0219i poduri unde limita de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime este de cel mult 2.5-2.8 metri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Constituie contraven\u021bie \u0219i se sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu amenda prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een clasa a III-a de sanc\u021biuni [\u2026] nerespectarea regulilor privind transportul persoanelor \u0219i al obiectelor \u00een sau pe vehicule<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, stabile\u0219te Art. 101 (13) din OUG 195\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/limitele-de-viteza-pentru-categoria-b-cat-este-amenda-pentru-nerespectarea-legii-19333413\">amend\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;contraven\u021bional\u0103 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre aproximativ 1.200 \u0219i 1.600 lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum po\u021bi transporta bicicletele cu ma\u0219ina legal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suportul de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/dacia-sandero-versus-bicicleta-james-may-decide-18871694\">biciclete<\/a>&nbsp;poate fi montat pe hayon, dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina permite acest lucru, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t num\u0103rul de \u00eenmatriculare s\u0103 fie vizibil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sau dac\u0103 num\u0103rul e acoperit, trebuie s\u0103 ob\u021bii de la Direc\u021bia de \u00cenmatricul\u0103ri o a treia pl\u0103cu\u021b\u0103 cu num\u0103rul de \u00eenmatriculare, pe care s\u0103 o montezi pe suport. Desigur, exist\u0103 \u0219i varianta de a muta pl\u0103cu\u021ba din spate pe suport de fiecare dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd \u00eel montezi pe ma\u0219in\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 op\u021biune este montarea suportului omologat pe plafon, dac\u0103 ma\u0219ina are sistem de prindere a unei cutie de portbagaj. \u00cen lipsa acestui sistem de prindere, orice improviza\u021bie este ilegal\u0103. Pentru a realiza un sistem de prindere trebuie s\u0103 v\u0103 adresa\u021bi unui service autorizat s\u0103 fac\u0103 astfel de modific\u0103ri. Apoi s\u0103 solicita\u021bi RAR reomologarea vehiculului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceea\u0219i procedur\u0103 trebuie urmat\u0103 \u0219i pentru a omologa un suport de biciclete. Acesta trebuie realizat de o firm\u0103 autorizat\u0103, dup\u0103 care va fi prezentat inspectorilor RAR.
