Deci, cei care au verde, au drept de trecere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen intersec\u021biile nesemaforizate, prioritatea e stabilit\u0103 de indicatoarele rutiere. \u00cen lipsa indicatoarelor, trebuie respectate marcajele de pe \u0219osea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 intersec\u021bia nu e dotat\u0103 cu niciun indicator sau marcaj rutier, se aplic\u0103 regula priorit\u0103\u021bii de dreapta. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 la p\u0103trunderea \u00een intersec\u021bie ai obliga\u021bia de a acorda prioritate celor care vin din dreapta, dar ai prioritate fa\u021b\u0103 de cei care se apropie din st\u00e2nga ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: E\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 la\u0219i alt \u0219ofer s\u0103 schimbe banda dac\u0103 semnalizeaz\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform Codului Rutier actualizat \u00een 2025, trecerea de pe o band\u0103 pe alta se face cu respectarea anumitor obliga\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Conduc\u0103torii de vehicule sunt obliga\u0163i s\u0103 semnalizeze schimbarea direc\u0163iei de deplasare,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-cat-timp-trebuie-tinut-semnalul-cand-intri-in-depasire-amenda-pentru-semnalizare-a-crescut-19280489\">dep\u0103\u015firea<\/a>, oprirea \u015fi punerea \u00een mi\u015fcare. Dar, dac\u0103 doi \u0219oferi execut\u0103 manevra concomitent, \u0219i se intersecteaz\u0103, doar unul are prioritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em><strong>Pe un drum public prev\u0103zut cu minimum 3 benzi pe sens, c\u00e2nd conduc\u0103torii a dou\u0103 autovehicule circul\u0103 \u00een aceea\u015fi direc\u0163ie, dar pe benzi diferite, \u015fi inten\u0163ioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eenscrie pe banda liber\u0103 dintre ei, cel care circul\u0103 pe banda din dreapta este obligat s\u0103 permit\u0103 celui care vine din st\u00e2nga s\u0103 ocupe acea band\u0103<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, prevede Art. 106 (1) din legea 195\/2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219adar, cei care&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/este-obligatorie-casca-pentru-biciclisti-ce-obligatii-au-cei-care-circula-cu-bicicleta-pe-drumurile-publice-19217667\">circul\u0103<\/a>&nbsp;pe banda 3, de exemplu, au prioritate de intrare pe banda 2 fa\u021b\u0103 de cei care circul\u0103 pe banda 1.
