Iat\u0103 unde ai voie \u0219i mai ales unde nu ai voie s\u0103 faci st\u00e2nga-\u00eemprejur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manevra de \u00eentoarcere \u00een \u201eU\u201d \u00eenseamn\u0103, de fapt, s\u0103 faci st\u00e2nga-mprejur. Deci s\u0103 faci un viraj la 180 de grade, dintr-o singur\u0103 manevr\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest gen de \u00eentoarcere nu poate fi f\u0103cut, \u00eens\u0103, dec\u00e2t \u00een anumite locuri. Iar \u0219oferii trebuie s\u0103 fie foarte aten\u021bi \u00een special la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/trebuie-sa-acorzi-prioritate-celor-care-intra-in-sensul-giratoriu-daca-faci-o-intoarcere-completa-19298885\">indicatoarele<\/a>&nbsp;amplasate \u00eenainte de intersec\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cen ce locuri nu ai voie s\u0103 \u00eentorci ma\u0219ina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2025 interzice \u00eentoarcerea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een locurile unde este instalat\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/trebuie-sa-acorzi-prioritate-celor-care-intra-in-sensul-giratoriu-daca-faci-o-intoarcere-completa-19298885\">indicatorul<\/a>\u00a0\u201e\u00centoarcerea interzis\u0103\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een intersec\u021biile \u00een care e interzis virajul la st\u00e2nga, precum \u0219i cele \u00een care, pentru efectuare sunt necesare manevre \u00eenainte-\u00eenapoi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een locurile unde soliditatea drumului nu permite (marginile pr\u0103p\u0103stiilor, malurile \u015fan\u0163urilor etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe drumurile cu sens unic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe marcajul pietonal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een zona de ac\u0163iune a indicatorului \u201eOprirea\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/2024-a-crescut-amenda-pentru-stationare-neregulamentara-in-ce-situatii-poti-opri-pe-avarii-19250634\">interzis\u0103<\/a>\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe trecerile la nivel cu calea ferat\u0103 curent\u0103 \u015fi la o distan\u0163\u0103 mai mic\u0103 de 50 m \u00eenainte \u015fi dup\u0103 acestea;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe poduri, pe \u015fi sub pasaje denivelate, precum \u015fi pe viaducte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een curbe \u015fi \u00een alte locuri cu vizibilitate redus\u0103 sub 50 m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe trecerile pentru pietoni ori la mai pu\u0163in de 25 m \u00eenainte \u015fi dup\u0103 acestea;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe sectoarele de drum unde sunt instalate indicatoarele cu semnifica\u0163iile \u201eDrum \u00eengustat\u201d, \u201ePrioritate pentru circula\u0163ia din sens invers\u201d sau \u201ePrioritate fa\u0163\u0103 de circula\u0163ia din sens invers\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe pistele pentru pietoni \u015fi\/sau bicicli\u015fti ori pe benzile rezervate unor anumite categorii de vehicule, semnalizate ca atare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe platforma c\u0103ii ferate industriale sau de tramvai ori la mai pu\u0163in de 50 m de acestea, dac\u0103 circula\u0163ia vehiculelor pe \u015fine ar putea fi st\u00e2njenit\u0103 sau \u00eempiedicat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pe partea carosabil\u0103 a autostr\u0103zilor, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/cat-timp-ai-voie-sa-stationezi-cu-masina-pe-avarii-scapi-de-amenda-daca-lasi-motorul-pornit-19243926\">drumurilor<\/a>\u00a0expres \u015fi a celor na\u0163ionale europene (E);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een locurile unde este interzis\u0103 dep\u0103\u015firea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" este interzis\u0103 \u00een toate zonele unde oprirea voluntar\u0103 e interzis\u0103, cu excep\u021bia intersec\u021biilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar dac\u0103 marcajul \u0219i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/o-lada-vesta-a-politiei-rusesti-incearca-o-intoarcere-la-180-de-grade-rezultatul-amuza-pe-toata-lumea-video-18173565\">indicatoarele<\/a>&nbsp;rutiere permit \u00eentoarcerea, iar manevra nu pune \u00een pericol \u0219i nu blocheaz\u0103 circula\u021bia celorlalte vehicule, atunci ai voie s\u0103 \u00eentorci \u00een intersec\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta se poate face, \u00eens\u0103, numai printr-un singur viraj la st\u00e2nga, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 \u00eentorci \u00een \u201eU\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Codul Rutier 2025 stabile\u0219te cum se execut\u0103 corect virajul la st\u00e2nga:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cen situa\u0163iile \u00een care exist\u0103 benzi speciale pentru executarea manevrei, schimbarea direc\u0163iei de deplasare se face prin st\u00e2nga centrului imaginar al intersec\u0163iei, iar dac\u0103 exist\u0103 un marcaj de ghidare, cu respectarea semnifica\u0163iei acestuia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schimbarea direc\u0163iei de mers spre st\u00e2nga, \u00een cazul vehiculelor care intr\u0103 \u00eentr-o intersec\u0163ie circul\u00e2nd pe acela\u015fi drum \u00een aliniament, dar din sensuri opuse, se efectueaz\u0103 prin st\u00e2nga centrului intersec\u0163iei, f\u0103r\u0103 intersectarea traiectoriei acestora;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amenaj\u0103rile rutiere sau obstacolele din zona median\u0103 a p\u0103r\u0163ii carosabile se ocolesc prin partea dreapt\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicatorul de presemnalizare a \u00eentoarcerii \u00een \u201eU\u201d anun\u021b\u0103 c\u0103 urmeaz\u0103 o zon\u0103 unde aceast\u0103 manevr\u0103 este permis\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219ti acest semn \u0219i vrei s\u0103 \u00eentorci, trebuie s\u0103 acorzi prioritate ma\u0219inilor care vin din sens opus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iar dac\u0103 indicatorul este t\u0103iat cu o band\u0103 ro\u0219ie pe diagonal\u0103, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een acea zon\u0103 \u00eentoarcerea este interzis\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img oprirea voluntar\u0103. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 nici \u00eentoarcerea nu este permis\u0103, indiferent c\u0103 se face din mai multe manevre sau dintr-un singur viraj la 180 de grade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principalele probleme, pe pod, sunt reprezentate fie de lipsa de vizibilitate, fie de spa\u021biul prea mic. Astfel, riscul de a se produce un accident este foarte ridicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanc\u021biunile pentru nerespectarea regulilor de \u00eentoarcere variaz\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de gravitatea faptei.
