urinare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum se folosea:1-2 linguri\u0163e de m\u0103tase uscat\u0103 la 250 ml ap\u0103 clocotit\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infuzie 10-15 minute<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se bea de 2-3 ori pe zi, timp de o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTe desumfl\u0103 \u0219i-\u021bi cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 calea apei&#8221;, ziceau b\u0103tr\u00e2nele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coada-calului<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>planta cu r\u0103d\u0103cini de fier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cunoscut\u0103 \u00een sat ca \u201eiarba care cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 ca o perie&#8221;, coada-calului e bun\u0103 pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Eliminarea apei din \u021besuturi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Rinichi lene\u015fi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vezic\u0103 inflamat\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cum se prepar\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 linguri\u0163\u0103 de plant\u0103 uscat\u0103 la 250 ml ap\u0103 se fierbe u\u015for 10 minute,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se strecoar\u0103 \u0219i se bea cald\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se bea o can\u0103 diminea\u021ba \u0219i una seara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajut\u0103 \u0219i la oase, dar \u0219i la dureri de spate cauzate de rinichi obosi\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0103trunjelul &#8211; mai mult dec\u00e2t gust pentru ciorb\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pu\u021bini \u0219tiu c\u0103 p\u0103trunjelul, mai ales r\u0103d\u0103cina lui, e un diuretic excelent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunicile f\u0103ceau ceai de p\u0103trunjel pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Eliminarea excesului de ap\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Detoxifierea rinichilor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea circula\u021biei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u0163et\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103 mic\u0103 sau un pumn de frunze,500 ml ap\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se fierbe 10 minute, se strecoar\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se bea \u00een dou\u0103 reprize, \u00een aceea\u0219i zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frunza de mesteac\u0103n &#8211; limfa \u00een mi\u015fcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frunza de mesteac\u0103n era leacul pentru cei \u201ecu ap\u0103 pe la \u00eencheieturi&#8221; \u015fi dureri de genunchi cauzate de inflama\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceaiul din frunze:1 lingur\u0103 de frunze uscate \u0219i 250 ml ap\u0103 fierbinte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se infuzeaz\u0103 15 minute<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se bea o dat\u0103 pe zi, timp de 5-7 zile. Ajut\u0103 la drenarea limfei \u0219i reduce edemele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u0103ile cu sare \u015fi mu\u015fe\u021bel &#8211; u\u015furare pentru picioare umflate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 o zi lung\u0103, sau c\u00e2nd picioarele \u201e\u021bipau de grele ce erau&#8221;, b\u0103tr\u00e2nii nu st\u0103teau cu ele \u00een sus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le puneau \u00een lighean cu ap\u0103 cald\u0103 cu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 linguri de sare grunjoas\u0103 1 lingur\u0103 de flori de muse\u021bel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se st\u0103tea 20-25 minute, apoi se masau picioarele cu un pic de untur\u0103 sau ulei de floarea-soarelui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Era ca un somn pentru picioare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTe treze\u0219ti mai u\u015for dec\u00e2t ai adormit&#8221;, spunea bunicul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceai de cozi de cire\u0219e &#8211; b\u0103utura de var\u0103 care vindec\u0103 rinichii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 linguri de cozi uscate \u0219i 500 ml ap\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fierbere 10-15 minute<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se bea ca o limonad\u0103 u\u0219or am\u0103ruie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E bun pentru rinichi inflama\u021bi, \u201epi\u015fc\u0103turi&#8221; la urinat \u0219i senza\u021bia de presiune \u00een abdomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprese cu brusture &#8211; pentru genunchi umfla\u0163i<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd apa se aduna \u00een genunchi, \u0219i omul abia mergea, se foloseau frunzele de brusture:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se zdrobea frunza mare de brusture, proasp\u0103t\u0103 \u0219i se punea direct pe genunchi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se lega cu o c\u00e2rp\u0103 \u0219i se \u021binea 2-3 ore Frunza tr\u0103gea apa \u0219i reducea inflama\u021bia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori, peste frunz\u0103 se punea \u0219i un pic de untur\u0103, ca s\u0103 lucreze mai ad\u00e2nc&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sucul de ridiche neagr\u0103 pentru cur\u0103\u021bare .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ridichea neagr\u0103 e un detoxifiant natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajut\u0103 \u0219i la ficat, \u0219i la vezica biliar\u0103, dar \u0219i la rinichi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se rade ridichea, se stoarce sucul \u0219i se bea c\u00e2te 1-2 linguri diminea\u021ba, pe stomacul gol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are gust greu, dar efectul e puternic.
