Iar la finalul contractului, are posibilitatea de a o cump\u0103ra, la valoarea rezidual\u0103 stabilit\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoarea rezidual\u0103 reprezint\u0103 suma de bani care ar trebui pl\u0103tit\u0103 la finalul contractului pentru a intra \u00een posesia ma\u0219inii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul ar putea fi activ chiar din 2026, dac\u0103 vor fi definitivate toate aceste aspectele ce \u021bin de finan\u021bare \u0219i acordarea acestor subven\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rat\u0103 auto preferen\u021bial\u0103 pentru rom\u00e2nii cu venituri reduse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit informa\u021biilor prezentate de sursa citat\u0103, pentru un singur vehicul, statul ar putea acorda o subven\u021bie total\u0103 de peste 10.000 de euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce presupune programul:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un leasing cu rat\u0103 subven\u021bionat\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>op\u021biune de cump\u0103rare la finalul contractului.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rata lunar\u0103 preferen\u021bial\u0103 se estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 va fi \u00een jurul a 100 de euro, diferen\u021ba urm\u00e2nd s\u0103 fie suportat\u0103 din fonduri guvernamentale, europene, dar \u0219i cu deduceri din partea companiilor de leasing \u0219i a constructorilor auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficiarii ar putea fi ale\u0219i \u00een func\u021bie de veniturile familiei, care s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 1.000 euro pe lun\u0103. Dar este pu\u021bin probabil ca aceast\u0103 variant\u0103 s\u0103 se reg\u0103seasc\u0103 \u00een varianta final\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 leasingul social \u00een Fran\u021ba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Fran\u021ba, programul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu o rat\u0103 maxim\u0103 de 200 de euro pe lun\u0103, iar multe modele eligibile ajung chiar la 100 de euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractele se semneaz\u0103 pe minimum trei ani \u0219i acoper\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 12.000 km parcur\u0219i anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La final, clientul poate returna ma\u0219ina f\u0103r\u0103 costuri sau o poate achizi\u021biona la valoarea rezidual\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Rom\u00e2nia, \u00eens\u0103,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.promotor.ro\/stiri-auto\/chinezii-de-la-leapmotor-lanseaza-modelul-a10-cum-arata-noul-rival-al-lui-atto-2-19433841\">leasingul<\/a>&nbsp;opera\u021bional pentru persoane fizice nu este o variant\u0103 foarte popular\u0103. Pentru c\u0103 presupune costuri suplimentare cu asigurarea tip CASCO \u0219i efectuarea reviziilor \u0219i repara\u021biilor doar \u00een service-uri autorizate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 calculul dob\u00e2nzilor \u0219i al valorilor reziduale, autorit\u0103\u021bile vor trebui s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 \u0219i limite de pre\u021b pentru ma\u0219inile eligibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Fran\u021ba, de exemplu, pre\u021bul maxim al unui automobil eligibil este de 47.000 de euro cu TVA.
