Morales, de la Universitatea din Almer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercet\u0103torii au pus cap la cap mai multe studii \u00een care copiii au participat la programe de mi\u0219care: sport organizat, jocuri active sau antrenamente adaptate v\u00e2rstei. Apoi au comparat performan\u021bele cognitive \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 aceste programe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultatul? Cele mai clare \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri apar la inteligen\u021ba general\u0103 \u0219i la inteligen\u021ba fluid\u0103. Copiii cu un IQ ini\u021bial mai sc\u0103zut au avut, surprinz\u0103tor, c\u00e2\u0219tiguri cel pu\u021bin la fel de mari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eExerci\u021biile fizice \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc IQ-ul copiilor \u0219i adolescen\u021bilor cu o medie de 4 puncte, un rezultat comparabil cu un an suplimentar de educa\u021bie<\/em>\u201d, a declarat Morales pentru PsyPost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiul arat\u0103 c\u0103 beneficiile apar indiferent de v\u00e2rsta copiilor sau de durata programelor, fie c\u0103 vorbim de c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni sau c\u00e2teva luni de antrenement. Copiii anxio\u0219i \u00ee\u0219i regleaz\u0103 adrenalina mai repede. Copiii care au probleme de \u00eencredere \u00een sine \u00eencep s\u0103 se vad\u0103 competen\u021bi \u00eentr-un spa\u021biu sigur. Cei retra\u0219i intr\u0103 \u00een contact cu colegi \u00eentr-un mod natural, f\u0103r\u0103 presiunea conversa\u021biilor. Corpul devine cel mai nesigur loc, c\u00e2nd ar trebui s\u0103 fie primul refugiu<em>. \u201eIdealul nu este performan\u021ba, ci regularitatea. Mi\u0219carea repetat\u0103 \u00eei d\u0103 copilului ritm, structur\u0103 \u0219i acces la propria energie \u00eentr-un mod organizat.
